GoogleI have been working with the LL Team for several years now. It’s always a pleasure working with Alix who is constantly available for much needed advice and support. Aamira has also been excellent in handling new business following recent refurbishment work at my property. She is proactive, attentive, and always willing to help, it’s been a dream working with her. Unfortunately, my current experience with the maintenance / admin team is not at all on a par with the forementioned. The service received thus far has been lackadaisical and very disappointing. I sincerely hope this improves in the upcoming months.

GoogleWould rate 0 stars if I could. Very bad letting agent, would definitely stay away from them. Ridiculous admin fees , very poor service, keep promising to fix stuff in the house but never do. They will also try and keep your deposit and blame old damages on new tenants. They also try to charge you at any opportunity they get. Avoid at all costs.

Dear Luke, firstly our admin fees are incredibly competitive and you agreed to pay them when you signed up with us. Secondly you vacated your property leaving damage to walls and a broken bed. You also failed to clean your room - which is always something you had agreed to do as part of your contract. You discounted deposit of £150.00 was retained in full but actually only covered 30% of the actual cost you have incurred the landlord. We would not recommend you as a tenant and have been black listed. If you would like to discuss this further we will generate bill for the full cost in reinstating your room for you. GoogleI contacted the office lets Live Leeds regarding my new house for reference and NICKY did my reference for my new house ASAP, I also contacted her regarding the payment of my properties I sold to the new tenant of 10 Helmsley Court Middleton, because they were delaying in making the payment and she made them pay me ASAP. I am very happy with this help from NICKY LETS LIVE LEEDS. Thank you so much

GoogleReally friendly and proffesional team and the application process was quick and simple, and the houses are beautiful! I went to 3 House viewings yesterday with Lucy and it was hard to pick between the 3. Lucy gave me lots of information about each property and answered all the questions I had. She was super helpful and easy to talk to and made the whole processes so much easier and stress free. Thank you!

GoogleFound a room with Let Live Leeds and can't believe how quick and easy it has been! Viewed on Friday and sorted with a moved in date by Tuesday! Thanks to Fiona, Zach and Lorraine for making a difficult time for me easier! Definitely recommended. :)

GoogleThe experience was good. Initially we did not get the property that we wanted, because the landlord chose someone else. We got contacted again after about 2 months, to see if we were still interested in the property as the landlord first option fell through. We accepted and the process was quite quick to go through referencing, and we got a great support and customer service from Olivia Tattersall.

Googlelets live leeds has managed my HMO for the last 2/3 years. the service has been very good. But mainly may i say the service of Fiona Hulloick the account manager has been excellent. Answers very quickly and solves problems quickly and professionally. pleased they manage my property.

GoogleI have been using LLL sourcing and letting/management service for over a year and it has been a very pleasant and smooth experience. All members within the LLL team has been very helpful but in particular I would like to shown my appreciation to Aamira. Whenever I have any questions (being in overseas), Aamira provides accurate and prompt reply (most of the time are within hours!). Aamira expanded her capacity in the LLL team as Sales/Business Development Manager and am sure she will do well and any client will benefit from her support/service!

When I went for a viewing, Lucy took me to a variety of different properties within my budget and that she thought would be suitable for me. She's been so friendly, welcoming, and informative, and was so helpful by giving suggestions and options throughout the visit. i'm so appreciative of her support in helping me find a place and being involved in working out the later logistics. GoogleLet’s Live Leeds are such a lovely Letting Agency. I’ve spoke to many in my search for a house but none as nice, friendly, welcoming and informative as this one. I have never been in a position wher I have needed to rent before and this has been the most positive experience. Lucy who showed me around (beautifully) is a real ambassador for the company. Again friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic and very kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home to rent x
