GoogleCannot thank them enough for making the process of moving to the city easy for myself and friend. We were able to find a great property very quickly with them which fitted all of our needs. There have been a couple of hiccups along the way but they are very quick to resolve these. They are also an exceptionally friendly bunch!

GoogleAfter a very stressful few months searching for a room to rent, receiving very underwhelming service from a number of letting agents, it was such a relief meeting Lucy from LetsLiveLeeds. The experience was great, Lucy arrived early, was really professional and helpful, and showed us two additional properties in the area that fit what I was looking for all within an hour. The properties were all really nice, super easy and stress free. I would highly recommend

GoogleI suddenly got a job in Leeds and searching for accommodation to move to Leeds. And I found Lets Live Leeds properties in SpareRoom and contacted them. They assisted me really good and went for a viewing and liked the property and within next day they have progressed my application and done with my referencing. Now I’m moving soon , they are so reliable and efficient!

GoogleI have had quite a bit of contact with this agency recently, and have no negatives to give. They have been consistently quick in communication, and happy to answer any questions. Lucy showed me around a property yesterday and was lovely, absolutely nothing but polite and upbeat. Fantastic service, thank you. Have another viewing tomorrow and it feels a lot less daunting knowing you're in safe hands.

GoogleI have just called lets live leeds and they would not let me view any room or property on their own. they force me to view everything they have, otherwise they refused to show me the room. I spoke with a woman called Fiona

Hi Adonai, when we organise House share tours we ask you for information about your budget, when you need to move and then we show you around several houses in one go. We allocate an hour for a tour in the diary. I think you may be confused as this is how we operate. We think its better to show people several options in the same hour not just one. If you want to call back we can explain this further and get you booked back in. House share availabilty changes on a daily basis, so it is always best to look at several options as we get 3 or more applications for the same room sometimes and we dont want you to miss out when you have taken the time to view. This is a tried and tested method that has worked very well for us for over a decade.
