GoogleWe were shown around by Jaz, he was absolutely brilliant, so attentive. We lived with DEU estates last year and the service was absolutely fantastic, maintainence was sorted so quickly, the letting agents were all brilliant. Would highly recommend!

This letting company is awful. In our house the boiler was broken through winter!!! This problem wasn’t resolved for at least 2 months which meant that for days we had to hope that it would work so we had hot water to wash with. The house we were in also was not fitted with a CO detector which is illegal and they have only decided to fit one as they had contractors coming round to look at the house. Their service is mediocre at best it takes them weeks to see to any problems. The builders they used were awful they left all of the bricks that they used in a bin which wasn’t disposed of and this wasn’t know by us so we ended up with a warning from the council. Do not use this company

GoogleWent for viewings with Daren Rosenbloom today, great salesman and lovely in general. Explained the ins and outs of the properties and gave great advice. However the property wasn’t a match but he did drop us off at the pub after!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI was really struggling Finding the right place to live is hard and becomes confusing quickly. Without the professional help and advice I would still be looking 2 months on!!. GoogleQuite a decent agency with nice staff but disappointed at the end of our tenancy as they took the side of landlord when he tried to deduct out deposit for some dust. This was despite the place being filthy when we moved in. We really felt like they neglected us as students when we tired to dispute.

GoogleThey will scam you at the end of your Tenancy. They tried to scam us one months worth of rent, each, through bogus claims about the condition of the flat so as to get us to pay for an upgrade of the property. They were very unprofessional and attempted to con us as we were students who didn't know better. It took me months of debate over the summer with staff who ignored any relevant information I provided, having to constantly threaten going through the deposit protection scheme. The staff were unreasonable, condescending and tried to use our ignorance of the law as a way of pushing through additional charges. For example stating that we must have photographed every corner of the house in order to evidence things as small as a scratch on a lamp switch were not there from before. Presumably as they did not have a satisfactory inventory to make any real claims upon. Additionally, throughout the year they were of minimal help, taking months if never fixing problems hilighted within the property ( only to charge us for them at the end of our tenancy).

GoogleTLDR: ok standard property's. Massive issues getting deposits back - good luck. If you did manage to get your full deposit back then please message me and tell me how. ------ I don't know if anyone else has had similar issues,but for the first year we had no problems whatsoever - until it came time for deposits to be returned... After trying to charge us for cleaning and repainting that didn't take place, we were given assurances that it wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately we'd signed for another year in the property and once again they're trying to take money from our deposit over cleaning and painting that hasn't taken place. I've been out of he property for nearly a month now, and almost daily phone calls/visits to the office have had to take place to sort out various issues that the office seems to have no interest in sorting out - they just seem interested in squeezing every penny they can out of people who they view as vulnerable and not knowing any better

GoogleI have been with this letting agency for over a year now and have found them unhelp, rude and patronising. Their customer services is appalling and have little regard for their customs. We have had countless issues with our landlord of which, Deu Estates has done very little asides from the odd phone call. Lots of empty promises and misleading information, total lack Of empathy towards helping tenants and take the stance that’s everything is simply out of their hands. Would not recommend!!
