GoogleA big time waster of a company called me in for a meeting, promised me work for our business, and even reference checked me with a client of ours. I never heard from them again. Incredible and shallow company, complete time wasters.

GoogleWe have an HMO property in the Hyde Park area of Leeds which is let out to students. DEU estates have managed the house for us since we purchased it in 2013 and over this period, they have proved themselves to be invaluable. They are always quick to react to any problems that may arise and flag up any issues, such as safety inspections, ahead of time. Our feedback from the students occupying the property is also always positive. One particular member of the DEU team who really stands out is Stuart Russell.

GoogleOverall my experience with DEU Estates has been great. I’ve lived in two seperate houses managed by them and both have been more than pleasant. Any issues ever reported have been at least looked at usually within 24 hours aside from the busy July period where issues are looked at in regards to importance but still within a two week period. Whilst all of the staff I have enountered at DEU estates have been helpful, I have mainly been in contact with Stuart Russel & Parandeep, they have been good with any questions or issues I’ve had throughout my time in these houses.

GoogleI have used Deu Estates for a numbers of years now and in my opinion they are by far the best letting agency I have used and dealt with in the Leeds area. Personable, professional and willing to go that extra mile, they're knowledge of the market, the industry and their proactive approach is a refreshing difference amongst a saturated area. I would highly recommend - Stuart, Josh, Daren, Danny, Jas and the rest of the team as they are quite simply a cut above the rest

GoogleMy daughter has just finished a 4 year course at Leeds and she rented properties from DEU for her 2nd and 4th years. On both occasions they were friendly, helpful, creative and efficient. All the paperwork went smoothly and the few problems that cropped up during the tenancy were sorted out quickly. We had a full deposit refund both times. She rented through another agent for the 3rd year and it was a terrible experience. These people are the Bee's Knees. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleI must say DEU Estates is one of the most fair, humane and friendly house renting companies I have come in touch with since I started living in the UK. I was rejected by a few companies because I was an international student without family living in the UK, DEU had no issue with that. If I had issue with my salary coming a few days late, one phone call to DEU was enough to get it sorted out for me. To be honest DEU are the first company to treat me like a human and not just a tenant to suck the money from. I really honestly recommend their services. Houses are nice, people are great and honest, any problems are easily solved.

GoogleI have dealt with DEU this year when looking for a property. A young man called Stuart took us round and we found the prefect place, he was so helpful and friendly, not a pushy salesman just letting us decide. Hayley completed the sign up process, explaining every step of the way and what each part of the paperwork was for, including the guarantor requirements and payments. She helped make the process easy and simple for us. We are very happy upon moving into the property. Would definitely recommend using this estate agent if you are a student!!

Googlei was enquiring within about renting a room in one of their houses due to it being closer to work, Danny personally took me round to the house and made me feel so comfortable with the place and all it’s key details. I have next to no issues since living here, but any issue no matter how small was quickly resolved due to Danny’s great personal skills to putting your concern as a high priority Would highly recommend these estate agents if you are looking to rent a place

The people working at Deu were always really helpful when we came to them with a problem. The owner of Deu actually owned the house that we lived in which made getting repairs and everything extremely easy.A few reservations though; the house wasn't completely clean when we moved in which was disappointing - next time we know to push to have the house cleaned properly as soon as we move in. The vacuum had to be replaced and it took a week to get them to change that but they gave us a brand-spanking-new one. Other than those issues, Deu was really good. We got our deposits back quite quickly and there were no issues with moving out at all.

GoogleDeu Estates are a company I am happy I used this year. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. Stu took us on our viewing and showed us many properties until we found the perfect one for us. We then had to complete the paperwork, which Hayley did with us and was great at answering our questions. Any maintenance issues have been sorted quickly. Overall, I’ve been happy with the service provided and will recommend them to my friends.

From start to finish my experience with Deu Estates was more than I could have wished for or expected. I rang to book in a viewing and was thoroughly helped and advised over the phone even through me asking a million and one questions! I received my confirmation text and met the team at the office for my viewings. We chatted along the way and I was made to feel really comfortable even though I was nervous about finding the right location with not a lot of time. The staff were all lovely and really keen to help in any way they could! I have now signed for a lovely house and have had all worries put aside and reassured. Would recommend them to both students and professionals! Thank you!
