GoogleJas was helpful and really knew the properties

GoogleAbsolutely awful !! We did not have heating for the whole of winter - they brought about 12 different people in to ‘fix it’ over the course of 4 months - the next day it broke again. I was so cold I had to shower at the gym and sleep at my mates house. When we tried to ask for compensation, they sent us an invitation to court. No compensation received and no prospect of one. They took advantage of us as students and are absolute cheap skates.

GoogleI had a great experience with DUE estates, I wasn't sure where to start with renting a property but Olivia set everything out and was so helpful. She represents DUE estates really well.

GoogleI've had non stop great customer service with DEU (particularly Danny Pogson, he's been helping us out all year) for the last year of my tenancy. Instant replies, things have been sorted out and fixed ASAP when broken, and they've been very understanding about our bills. I would recommend to anyone.

GoogleArrived at a very dirty property and was told this is not their issue (it is). Recomended to my landlord that they raise the rent for next year. They try anyway to shaft you, not recomended!!

These lot are dodgy landlords. You will live in unhealthy circumstances with mould, leaks, and have a dodgy fire alarm. No idea who the landlord is but they always send people to fix things that badmouth the company (that’s saying something) they stole money out of our deposit for no reason? We have had so many problems with this estate agent. We had a mouldy sofa they sent a man with a wet wipe to clean it🤣. Our roof leaked, damaging items. Our fridge freezer broke so many times, we lost so much food and they didn’t care. They would turn up without giving a warning. Olivia one of the staff tried to instigate arguements with another tenant, thank god me and the guy spoke. Just overall drama with this company. I will be telling students and professionals to avoid them at all costs until they make changes.
