GoogleWe had an issue with an alarm going off without a code to get it to stop. We called their emergency phone line and Stuart helped us quickly fix the problem. Thanks very much

GoogleSuper helpful team at DEU helped me find a new place and therefor helped me start a new life! Danny's a good lad and Olivia is a friggin diamond. *UPDATE* Just ended my tenancy with these guys, but hoping to come back after summer. Customer service has been spectacular throughout (I mean it too, I'm not the easiest tenant to deal with).

GoogleThey don’t even deserve 1 star. Absolutely the worst estate agents I have ever been with and I’ve been in Leeds 3 years and had some bad ones before this. We reported the problem of rodents in our kitchen and they claimed they came round and put poison down and filled the hole where the rat was coming through, baring in mind id been in fully for the 2 days after I’d reported it and the day they said they sorted it, the rat was running round the kitchen that night. I have never been so upset and so uncomfortable in my own house, and the rat has eaten and chewed through things to get to our food. They said apparently it takes 48 hours for the poison to steer them away but pest control would get rid of the rodents straight away. I am absolutely appalled at the service and feel really distressed at the whole situation. Their whole view to the situation is have the rats eat all your food and run around your kitchen for another 2 days as they can’t be bothered to see to any of their tenants or problems.

GoogleAvoid these estate agents at all cost! Terrible communication, random visits from workers doing random jobs and probably stealing your things, and a complete disregard for the 2 day shift we put in cleaning the house! (It was in a much better state than when we got there but still only got half our deposit)

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear about your issues. We aim to provide 24 hours notice for repairs that are reported so apologies if this was not given. Looking at the photos; I can see from your exit inspection; that there was a large amount of cleaning required when you left at the property; the kitchen was in an extremely bad state with moldy, out of date food in fridge/freezer and cupboards and oven. We did offer a pre-inspection and cleaning guide which was not utilized. If you would like any further evidence or clarification, we would be happy to respond to any further comments at lets@deuestates.co.uk Tenants do have the oppountity to dispute the deductions, however I can see tenants accepted their deductions and deposits were returned. GoogleDEU are always very helpful with inquiries- particularly Hayley who has been extremely helpful with my payment issues! She was friendly, responsive and resolved them very quickly. Our house is also brilliant- very clean when we moved in and DEU were flexible with how we wanted to pay rent which was great as some of us were students and some professionals.

GoogleI had recently been with DEU Estates for the last two years, which would of been more had I looked sooner at properties for myself but I’ve always had the help of Olivia to assist us in correcting our unihomes statements, making sure maintenance reports where conducted the same day and generally looking after us whenever we needed any assistance from here.
