Hello, Thank you for your message, and I’m sorry to hear about the experience described. I would like to provide some clarification on how the situation was handled. As soon as the issue was reported, the landlord was informed and began arranging emergency attendance. This involved coordinating a plumber, maintenance support, and access to the relevant areas of the building as quickly as possible. By approximately 8:30am, the landlord, along with both a plumber and a handyman, were on-site working to identify and resolve the source of the leak. Given the nature of the issue, it required careful investigation, but the team remained on-site throughout the morning to stop the water ingress and begin remedial works. We also took steps to minimise the impact on the occupants by replacing the affected mattress and arranging for bedding to be cleaned and returned promptly. While we understand how disruptive and concerning this situation would have been, please be assured that it was treated with urgency and that all appropriate actions were taken as quickly as reasonably possible. Hi Cemre, We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and i can confirm that pest control did attend on Monday to eradicate this issue. Naturally, you called our emergency line late on saturday evening about this and pest control companies are not open at this time, nor are they open on Sunday. The emergency line is for emergencies, i.e. severe water leaks or boilers not working. I hope you can understand, that this issue was resolved at earliest possible time frame. Kind regards, DEU
