GoogleWe had been tied in with another agent for 4 months with no movement. My son and daughter had previously used cornerstone and I followed their recommendation. James came to do the valuation and brochure, and David the viewings. On the first viewing day my house sold 😁 , can’t say better than that… They have kept me updated throughout, and answered every query even post sale…. Fantastic and highly recommended

GoogleI can absolutely recommend Cornerstone Estate Agents. From the initial meeting right through to completion. James Platt was a pleasure to deal with; professional, polite and incredibly positive. Other people who also deserve a mention are Oliver and David who were also very helpful when I required information and highly professional. The sale wasn't straight forward far from it and it took longer than expected but James in particular stuck at it and kept me informed at all times. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Cornerstone in the future.

GoogleCornerstone made a potentially difficult process run smoothly. The team at Cornerstone were friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. They all worked together and provided an excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble and every issue was dealt with promptly. Information was effectively shared between colleagues which meant that time was not lost if staff were on leave or not in work. A special mention needs to go to James for his patience and charming manner but all of the team worked hard to progress the sale and purchase. GoogleFollowing a not so good experience with an online estate agent I approached Cornerstone as a result of a friends recommendation and I'm glad I did. James was detailed in his approach from the outset and took the time to get some really good pictures of my property, he was knowledgeable, friendly and kept me updated with progress throughout. David was also incredibly helpful at ensuring progress was being made following my acceptance of an offer, understood my concerns and made sure things continued to move in the right direction. Both had a fantastic attitude so it's easy to see why other reviews also rate them so highly. Thank you both. Matt H

GoogleI cannot recommend the team at Cornerstone highly enough. We recently sold our house with Cornerstone and were delighted with the service we received. James in particular went above and beyond to help keep our chain moving and we are so grateful for everything he did for us. We were kept up to date every step of the way and James was always on hand with advice when we needed it. The photography of the property looked great and we had a full day of viewings lead by David, who did an excellent job generating multiple offers above asking price and well above our initial expectations. The house was sold within about a week of going on the market. We could not have asked for more. Thank you!

GoogleWe bought our first home from Cornerstone and can’t speak highly enough of the team. We dealt mostly with David who was a massive asset in getting this all through. He just seemed so on top of the whole process, was able to give information when we weren’t hearing a great deal from solicitors, he chased on our behalf at times. The owner James as well periodically checked in to see how we were getting on and to see if we needed anything, he even messaged over dimensions of the fridge area so we could buy one ahead of the move in date. All of this culminated in a really seamless house purchase that went through in around 3 months which is really quick from what I’ve seen. Genuinely recommend them so much as our experience with them was wildly different and miles better than a previous house that fell through with another agency. If you end up seeing/buying a property with Cornerstone you know you’re in good hands.

GoogleAnybody debating which Estate Agent to use. I would highly recommend using cornerstone Estate Agents in Meanwood, they were professional from start to finish. Our house went on the market and within 2 days of the first viewings, we had 4 good offers. Our final offer was above the asking price and we completed without any issues. I mainly dealt with James and Justin and they could not have been more helpful, they went above and beyond expectations, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for all your help.

GoogleWhen I first signed a tenancy agreement with Cornerstone they told me they deliver 5 star customer service. 3 years later I've found that to be absolutely true. Zoe, Louise, Justin and the team are a delight to work with, the response to problems/maintenance issues is always quick and efficient, and the communication is excellent. As a young professional, I regularly hear nightmare stories from peers renting from other estate agents in Leeds. Cornerstone is absolutely a diamond in the rough! 10/10.

GoogleWe recently bought a house from Cornerstone Solicitors and cannot recommend them enough! Buying a house was a long and arduous process and we really lost trust in all estate agents until we met James. James is truly excellent at his job - he is professional, hard working and has excellent communication skills. He did everything in his power to get us in the house as quickly as possible even chasing our Solicitor for updates on a regular basis. He always made time to speak to us about any questions we had and made the experience of buying a house far less stressful. When we do eventually sell this house, we will definitely be using Cornerstone Estate Agents!

James provided an excellent level of service and kept me informed along every little step of the journey. Anybody local to north Leeds should really take advantage of this great local company on our doorsteps. The valuation blew certain other agents out of the water and a comprehensive and very professional brochure meant our house sold within a week of being on the market. GoogleWe recently sold our house through Cornerstone and were impressed. Having met James viewing a different property I found him to be friendly and professional and was impressed when he appropriately tried to get an offer from us for the house despite our reservations - it didn’t feel pushy and he’d built the relationship during the viewing to be able to do this. This was a main reason we went with Cornerstone. We had a quick turnaround from instruction to launch day as we’d negotiated a short window of exclusivity on a house we were interested in. James got the advert up quickly, with great photos and Cornerstone lined up loads of viewings for launch day, with multiple offers from the day. But house buying is rarely straight forward, the offer we went with fell through. James and Justin kept working on the property and we sold. Communication through progression was good, always on hand for an update. We found James, Justin and Oliver a pleasure to work with and had every confidence in them representing our home to prospective buyers. My sister in laws advice was to pick an estate agent you enjoy dealing with, because you’ll be talking to them a lot more than you want, in Cornerstone we found just that.
