GoogleBest estate agent I have ever worked with. My property had been up for sale with another agent for a year with no offers. I transferred to Cornerstone and they sold within a week! Attention detail paramount and James was an absolute star to work with. James spent 3 hours taking excellent photos to enable accurate and detailed visuals for potential buyers viewing on line. James managed the viewings himself (no viewers who just walk people round for 5 minutes) and worked well with the buyers through to completion which was done within 2 months. I cannot recommend Cornerstone more highly, will definitely use again.

GoogleI bought my house through cornerstone a few years back and decided to let through them, and they could not have been more helpful. Zoe has been amazing throughout, and incredibly helpful, with tradespeople on speeddial who have all been fantastic! Overall a great experience, would recommend to anyone.

GoogleCornerstone manage our rental property for us. Zoe, James and the team have been amazing. The team are really quick at responding to queries, and our property was tenanted within weeks of being advertised. Cornerstone provide a really professional and personal service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI have just had the pleasure of buying a house through Cornerstone and wanted to highlight the professionalism, work ethic and service that was provided by Zoe , James & Justin.
Zoe is a real doer, and makes things happen. My solicitors were not the easiets to deal with and very slow !
Zoe's persistence was outstanding and I'd like to thank her again for all of her time spent on making this as smooth as it could have been.
Thank you for a fantastic service and all the help with my purchase !

GoogleHaving been involved in the sale and purchase of a number of properties in the past few years, I couldn't recommend James, Zoe, Justin & the team highly enough! They produced a fabulous listing of our property, which resulted in an over subscribed open day, and the house selling for over the asking price within 10 days of going to market! They then helped us negotiate a great deal on the property we moved to, too!!
Not only are they excellent sales people, they are often the calming, reassuring voice of reason in what can be an extremely stressful time!
Thankyou Cornerstone team, should we move again, we will have no doubt who to use 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

GoogleZoe! What a breath of fresh air! So energetic, caring and GENUINE. She went above and beyond what was required at all times. Amid other responsibilities and customers, Zoe and James felt like a valued and important client. Zoe was extremely helpful and did her very best to chase those dreaded solicitors when time constraints were against the process. If only other estate agents were like Cornerstone, the world would be a better place! Would not hesitate to recommend their service. Wonderful.

GoogleTop Marks and a massive thank you to Zoe and James of Cornerstones for selling my house in super quick time.
So professional, reliable and friendly a great service. Zoe or James were always easy to contact and answered any queries without, it would seem, being any trouble at all to them at all.
There was no pressure and no pushy calls from them. Their terms were easy and straight forward to understand, no hidden small print.
They are currently helping me to find a property to rent, and yet again nothing is too much trouble.
Thinking of selling, buying, letting or renting call Zoe or James at Cornerstones Estate agents you will not be disappointed.

GoogleWe liked the cornerstone team from the beginning, friendly non pushy with lots of advice for our situation before signing up with them. Once we chose them James, Justin and Zoe were always attentive and ringing with updates and always available. They worked hard to sell our house for what we wanted and their valuation was spot on. A fantastic service and does exactly what they say on the tin, cant recommend them enough, cheers guys.

GoogleI bought a house recently through Cornerstone. James was our main contact. When we viewed the house he was friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us buy the house. He even delivered the keys to my workplace, which was very kind of him. Thank you, James.

GoogleExcellent company, would highly recommend. We had never sold a property before and James made everything so easy. Very professional, walked us through every step from the valuation, to putting the house on the market, to getting it sold. Kept us up to date on how the sale was going. Super friendly, can’t thank James and the rest at Cornerstones enough.

GoogleI have rented with Zoe and the Cornerstone team twice. Unfortunately, due to the landlords decision to move back into the property we were renting from them we had to find alternative accomodation. If we had been able, we would have certainly rented another property managed by Cornerstone as they were excellent letting agents. They were prompt, concise, and clear with any communication, ensured repairs were carried out quickly and to a high standard, and were professional and friendly. I would recommend the Cornerstone team unreservedly to anyone.

GoogleWould strongly recommend the use of Cornerstones. We had a level of complication in that the house we were buying was not in Leeds and we were based overseas with quite a large time difference. James Platt was outstanding throughout the whole process keeping in touch pushing his seller along and keeping us updated throughout and we managed to complete and get the keys in 4 weeks so were very impressed with the support and service

GoogleWe’re moving from London to Leeds and we had 1 day available to come up and look for a new home. Whilst looking around Leeds we found a property online with Cornerstone. We immediately rang and got hold of Amelia. She was superb in helping us. Quickly got us a viewing before our return train back to London, and then found us a second property to look at too. My partner and I were so impressed with her help. She was very friendly and it was clear she cared about us, and extended the family values of Cornerstone. :)

GoogleCornerstones and James were instrumental in helping me sell my property in Leeds city centre. No longer living in Leeds, it meant I was not able to manage viewings or the sale, but Cornerstones did it all for me, going above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly and efficiently as possible. James was always available, helped in pricing, negotiations and even the subsequent exchange/completion process to get things over the line.

GoogleAfter a very eventful/stressful sale with another agent we were glad our purchase was done through Cornerstone. They were very helpful, quick to get hold of and friendly. We also feel that many problems we experienced with our sale wouldn't have happened if Cornerstone had been managing the sale.
Thank you for everything & special thanks to Zoe!
If we ever decide to move again we will be giving you a call!
