Ridiculous prices. 2 bed flat in mean wood there asking £1250... it's a laughable price and 400-500 over prices. The property itself is also fairly small. Bang on main road opposite a noisy retail park, This agent needs a reality check on pricing. It's meanwood not alwoodley or scarcroft. .

I have a property which is a managed let with Cornerstone. This removes all the hassle and allows me to spend my time focusing on my other priorities. We've never had an issue with tenants and any problems that arise with the property - which they do occasionally - are always dealt with swiftly. the cornerstones team are the most professional, reliable and caring estate agents we have ever dealt with. We looked for so long but this team stood out from the very beginning. 4 years ago they helped us find our first house, so we went back again and ask for their help to sell it... and they did that efficiently using incredible photos of our house and really focusing on the selling points. A 5* review for an estate agent?! Absolutely. I've been dealing with Zoe, David and James for a number of years as they managed our rental property for us, and always found them to be very proactive with any issues that arose. So when we made the decision to sell, it was an easy one to go with them, and we had full confidence they would be able to sell the house at our higher than average asking price - which they did. We sadly had a very long, incredibly frustrating delay in the selling process, which came from the buyer's solicitors end, but David and James diligently chased at every opportunity and managed to get it over the line. It was a pleasure and joy to deal with them, and I'm even slightly sad I won't be continuing my conversations with James. He's a good egg!

Having seen James from Cornerstone in action selling other properties, we were keen to have him sell ours, and he did a great job - taking the time to get to know our property and our street so he could actually sell it rather than stand outside looking bored as we'd experienced with some other estate agents. We bought a house through Cornerstones 5 years ago and found that they were one of the only estate agents that we felt we could trust...there was no messing about with offers and counter offers etc. They were professional and fair with their approach to the sale. On the back of this we have used them as Property Managers for our previous house - and I have to say we cant fault them. We only really hear if there is a major issue - and they will always come to us with all of the information and options. We are pleased we are with Cornerstones, because as well as looking after our interests as Landlords, they also care about the tenants (sounds a bit puke but it's true).
