I have now completed a house sale through Cornerstone. The initial contact was made through a good friend of mine who recommended cornerstone and it proved a really good move. It has been a real pleasure to work with the team at Cornerstone - James and Justin special mention to you both. The sale was completed with the best possible sale price achieved in a challenging market environment. The professionalism and commitment shown to coordinate the various parties involved in the sale along with helping to resolve and expedite the loose ends is commendable. I will be happy to sell or buy from Cornerstone again and recommend them.

The effort James and Justine put into selling my house was on another level.. it really felt like they cared about providing a good service. They kept me updated even when there weren’t an update to give. Gave fantastic advice on what changes were needed to achieve the sale at the best possible price. Even the solicitors they recommended meant the sale was completed in next to no time. All round brilliant If I ever need to buy or sell I will 100% go back to cornerstone. Amazing advice, support, open and honest! Fantastic people! 110% recommend them.

I just wanted to leave a review from the buyers point of view. We have viewed close to 40 properties now with many estate agents ranging from local estate agents to nation wide companies. From our initial viewing with cornerstone they stood out from the other companies, due to the amount of detail given on the property (at least half of the other estate agents couldn't answer some of the simplest questions), through to the agents attitude. They went above and beyond to give a good viewing. If I were to sell another property, Cornerstone would be my first contact.

I have to admit I was a little sceptical at the promises made on the speed Cornerstone hoped to sell our house and the price they advised they'd achieve. I'm pleased to say they absolutely walked the walk and sold our house in 1 week for over the asking price. Their service didn't end there. They were also very helpful with all the toing and froing between our side and the seller. I would unquestionably use them again in the future.

What an excellent service from Cornerstone, James especially. I couldn't believe how smooth & quick the whole process was! James came to view the property mid July and the sale completed before the end of September!! He gave great advice around making the house have more kerb appeal & it certainly paid off. Throughout the whole process, he kept me fully informed, which is more than I have experienced with previous estate agents. Initially I was slightly apprehensive about not using a local estate agent, but James proved that it's the way the property is marketed, that brings the buyers in. Would definitely recommend, thank you! :)

Cornerstone genuinely deliver on their promises, I was nervous about using an agent that wasn’t based in my area but having read the reviews and being very keen for a quick sale I decided to try them. James did the valuation and was keen and interested from the outset and made me feel I was in safe hands. Once my house was on the market Justin took over, he could not have been more helpful. I have found all the staff to be professional friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my friends or family. We chose to work with Cornerstone to sell our house over one of the large nationwide agents and it was absolutely the correct decision. Within a week of signing on with Cornerstone, they produced a quality brochure with carefully selected photographs to really show the best of the property. Another week later we had four offers and got our asking price for the house. I really feel that the service provided Cornerstone went above and beyond what we originally expected from an estate agent and they even helped us through a difficult period with the solicitors involved with the sale. Initially I was going to go with an estate agency with a high street database. However, when I came across James at Cornerstone, I realised the quality of the sale has much less to do with a database and far more to do with the agents approach. If you engage James you will get a very closely managed property, he consulted with me closely on the photos, he gave me regular feedback from house visits, and negotiated closely with my own interests at heart the whole way. He's extremely attentive, works very long hours to keep you updated and has a wonderfully professional approach. He shows tenacity the whole way and I would recommend Cornerstone above all others. Me and my family are renting our first house through Cornerstone after few years living in England and we are so happy with how they handled everything for us. I cannot recommend Cornerstone highly enough. We were torn between them and one of the 'larger' agents when selling our house but the experience we had left us in doubt Cornerstone were the right choice. From start to finish their enthusiasm, local knowledge and professionalism made James and Zoe a pleasure to work with. Do not underestimate the power of excellent photographs/great marketing and a personal and approachable manner when showing potential buyers around your property, these elements really do set Cornerstone apart from the more mainstream (and dare I say complacent) high steam names where you will just be another transaction. Our whole experience with Cornerstone has been second to none. We have had a personalised service from start to finish when buying our house - and now we have moved in we are thrilled with it. We had viewed and put offers in for other houses before securing this one - and it was refreshing to deal with an estate agent who acted with integrity and fairness to both the buyer and the seller. No underhand tactics were used, and the staff are genuine and helpful. In fact - we were so impressed with the service - that we decided to continue working with them as our letting agents. They are providing a fully managed service (at a very reasonable price) so we are able to rent out our property. As well as finding us tenants quickly they have supported us throughout the whole process. Excellent A* Service Today I successfully sold my house through this magnificent estate agent who provided me with first class professional service throughout. They found me a genuine buyer with full asking price within a week of the advertisement. I found the staff very pleasant, friendly and highly professional. They were absolutely helpful and communicating any issue to me straight away. Also, more importantly, they were always available to be contacted with phone or email. Before Cornerstone I advertised my house with another estate agent which is a major high street nationwide agent but I did not receive a single interest for over three weeks, and was not contacted by them even once. I found Cornerstone by chance and now I feel so lucky I did. They impressed me right from my first phone call to them. The brochure they produced was a different class and made my house so much more appealing to the buyers. If you really want to sell your property consider this friendly estate agent and I can assure you CORNERSTONE will be the name you will want to hear again. I highly recommend them. Tomorrow My daughter and my son will receive their A-levl results, today CORNERSTONE got their result from me : three straight A*.
