I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Under the leadership of James my house sale was professionally marketed and sold with incredible enthusiasm and they looked after my long drawn out sale as if it was their own! . James regularly updated me on my sale and kept me informed on a weekly and sometimes daily basis which in my experience other estate agents do tend not to do. I could call the team virtually 24/7 for help and support. This is the best and most friendliest estate agents I have ever dealt with. On a separate note, Cornerstone are the most competitive estate agent on the High Street from my personal experience.

They go over and above expectation to handle sales and purchases, especially after being referred to them by a friend who had worked with them as well. I had James Platt as my agent, He was very professional, courteous and patient. He was absolutely on my side walking me through the process with daily updates. I just wanted to leave a review from the buyers point of view. We have viewed close to 40 properties now with many estate agents ranging from local estate agents to nation wide companies. From our initial viewing with cornerstone they stood out from the other companies, due to the amount of detail given on the property (at least half of the other estate agents couldn't answer some of the simplest questions), through to the agents attitude. They went above and beyond to give a good viewing. If I were to sell another property, Cornerstone would be my first contact.

I have to admit I was a little sceptical at the promises made on the speed Cornerstone hoped to sell our house and the price they advised they'd achieve. I'm pleased to say they absolutely walked the walk and sold our house in 1 week for over the asking price. Their service didn't end there. They were also very helpful with all the toing and froing between our side and the seller. I would unquestionably use them again in the future.
