I have just purchased a property with cornerstone and could not be anymore delighted with the service. As a first time buyer I had heard a lot of horror stories from friends about the buying experience and how it was incredibly stressful. Myself and my partner went on a lot of viewings with lots of different lettings agents and even from the beginning cornerstone stood out as they seemed genuinely interested in us as people and in helping. They made the viewing experience really pleasant and could not have been more helpful. Ellie has been wonderful answering all emails super quickly and answering all questions we had. She is a great advocate for her clients and made this experience really smooth.

James Platt certainly went above and beyond to ensure the sale of my late brothers property in Oulton, Leeds. James liaised with all the other agents and solicitors in the chain and kept me appraised throughout. Without James's tenacity I am not sure that we would have got the sale over the line? We used Cornerstone for our sale and move, from the initial enquiries to the end process they were extremely helpful and professional. We mostly dealt with James and David but everyone in the office we spoke to was very friendly and helpful, we felt like our enquiries were listened to. Everyone was easy to get hold of and returned our enquiries quickly if they weren’t available at the time. Even when we had issues with our solicitors the team were incredibly helpful with resolving the problems. I don’t believe our sale would have made it through as easily or quickly without the work Cornerstone put in. If/when we move in the future we will be using Cornerstone again!

We initially toyed with selling by ourselves but opted to go with James after being won over by his enthusiasm at a property that we viewed.
