GoogleAs a student, not many estate agents even bat an eye but Cornerstone helped me find a lovely place to live.They are very friendly and helpful which made everything so much easier in the stressful situation I happened to be in.Zoe went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process and made finding a new place to live stress free and enjoyable.Best estate agency I have come across, would definitely recommend.

GoogleI have found all of the staff at Cornerstone to be very professional and generally fantastic to deal with. Nothing has been too much trouble. They have always followed up and called back when they said they would. I have had more day to day dealings with Amy and have found her to be a real pleasure to work with.

GoogleI had an excellent experience , spoke to James who was very helpful, have spoken to more than one person and all are highly professional and would recommend , good property and area knowledge , always called when they said they would , even though the property didn’t get purchased but nothing to do with estate agent the owner wanted to much for a out of date property, hopefully the other estate agents can learn about customer service from cornerstone.

GoogleWe are so pleased that we chose to sell our house with Cornerstone, as we couldn't have been happier with the service. James and David communicated really well and guided us through the process with their encyclopaedic local knowledge, friendliness and good humour. It was great to have the benefit of their expertise, in the valuation of the house, advice on presentability and how to go about dealing with the offers that came in. The staff have a real human touch that sets them apart from other estate agents, and they were so reassuring and kind to us at a stressful time (moving with a young baby at a time of some country-wide economic turmoil). Thanks to them we got a very good, fair price for our house that we were really pleased with, and are now able to buy the kind of family home we had hoped to afford. Although we didn't end up buying with Cornerstone, we also found them helpful when looking for a house. We looked round more than one property with Cornerstone, and they were quick to communicate and collect feedback. Without being pushy, James and David were optimistic about the possibilites of each house, and how obstacles could be surmounted. This was infectious and made me feel much more cheerful about the process of house buying ! Thank you Cornerstone !

GoogleWe have recently experienced an extremely positive and professional service from the team at Cornerstone who achieved a fantastic sales result for us, well above the marketed price for our property. From the start and right through to completion, James, David and the staff kept us fully informed during the whole process and secured multiple offers on the property, which lead to a rapid and seamless conclusion of the sale. Their service and commitment to us was 100%. Additionally, James was able to recommended a local Solicitor who provided an excellent service, through to completion. We would totally recommend this Estate Agency to an prospective property vendors.

GoogleFrom start to finish an excellent service. James was our contact, he came to the property and in detail explained the process for selling. No question was a problem and within 72 hours our house was on the market. He showed all potential buyers around and within 3 weeks we had agreed a sale. At all times he kept us in the loop with progress. Our buyers visited the property on a number of occasions with various trades people, he dealt with all this and always at our convenience Cant recommend James and Cornerstone more highly

GoogleExcellent service throughout and would fully recommend. This ended up being a very tricky move (due to legal issues with various buyers). Despite the difficulties, James and his team were positive and kept up communication throughout a process that lasted about a year. I asked all estate agents a couple of questions to see if they were being up-front about what was required prior to sale, and hired James primarily as he was honest in his responses. I'm glad I hired Cornerstone, and all their work behind the scenes to get the move through was hugely appreciated.

GoogleI have worked with James and the team for over 5 years. I bought a couple of investment properties in Leeds and as I’m based in London I needed a good agent in the area. These guys do a great job. Bad agents are a waste of money but good agents like Cornerstone are worth their weight in gold. I highly recommend these guys and James will give you my number if you want to speak to me or email me and I’ll tell you why you should work with these guys. 100%.

GoogleWe had such a fantastic experience with Cornerstone. James and team went above and beyond to give the very best service. And when things got a bit complicated during our completion, James remained in contact on Friday and Saturday evenings to give the very next customer service. The bigger chains simply would not give that level of service. Highly recommend Cornerstone!!!!!

GoogleCan I leave 6 stars? After purchasing through these guys 4 years and having such a wonderful experience, we decided to sell our property when it was time to move. The service from everyone involved was absolutely brilliant, just as we'd remembered. They want above and beyond to showcase our house the way we'd hoped for and the house sold in one day, going to best and final. Very professional, friendly and approachable. Plus, a more personal touch then some of the bigger firms. If you're considering Cornerstone, then take this as your sign to just go with them!

GoogleCornerstone are astonishingly professional both in sales and lettings. They let our house - having first sold it to us - for the last two years, sourcing the right tenants, giving us updates with photographs every six months and letting us know when repairs were needed. They took care of everything with great competence and calmness and I would recommend them to you whether you’re looking to rent or let. Special mention for Amelia, who is a serious professional and to Zoë, who sets a high bar for the team to live up to.
