I've recently rented a flat through Patrick Gardner. The lettings team are all very friendly and professional. Ben in particular who I dealt with and carried out the viewings was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. Very quick and efficient to process the paper work through for me too, as I wanted to move in 10 days later! Thank-you for helping to make this happen! Highly recommend!
