Have to admit could not fault until the end of the tenancy, tried to charge me £230 from my deposit for further cleaning, not willing to negotiate or discuss in any detail, a take it or leave it attitude! I did the right thing and took it to the TDS and awarded nearly all of the amount back. What a shame it ended this way but important to all tenants don't be scared if you feel you have done nothing wrong. I felt the attitude of their property manger was demeaning but I am glad we have reached the correct outcome.

I recently completed the purchase of a property in Leatherhead which was marketed by Patrick Gardner. I found everyone that I dealt with at the company to be very professional & courteous with all of my enquiries being answered fully and in a timely way. Most of my transaction was dealt with by Ed Macfarlane who I found to be very relaxed and affable throughout all stages and during all discussions, making the whole process an enjoyable one. I echo an earlier reviewer in saying that Ed is not pushy and seems able to give you all the time you need. He is a real asset to the company. Should I ever wish to dispose of the property in future I will be giving Patrick Gardner first consideration. My thanks to Ed and to all the PG team.

Please be very wary of this company. I maybe being harsh as its more likely the individual involved. I do understand that there is pressures in the current climate to make money....however, how i have been dealt with so far is incomprehensible. I'm still awaiting a resolution so it would be unjust to comment/name or shame further at this stage. I still await a final response from Patrick Gardner. once i have this i will update accordingly

I have just finished a 3 year tenancy with Patrick Gardners and have to say they have been head and shoulders above any previous experiences and much better than the new agency i have just rented through. They always dealt with repairs quickly, especially when my boiler broke just before Christmas. Shame they don't cover Weybridge or I would have used them again
