GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Patrick Gardner. As first time buyers we were nervous about the process and being pushed into something we didn’t love. Ed dealt with everything from the beginning with us and was patient, informative and helpful. He was always a phone call away and nothing was ever a hassle for him. He’s an asset to the company.

GoogleRented property for 5 years £96,000 and at the end of tenancy found them to not be very helpful when trying to receive my deposit back , 3 people and a cat lived in property and felt they backed the landlord with minor wear and tear to property
