Everyone at the office in Leatherhead has been just brilliant, but most especially Frank who was my day to day contact - staying professional yet ever cheerful through a long, tedious and complicated sale - I'm so grateful for the time and dedication he put in to getting the sale across the line, and making a stressful situation so much easier!

Through a very stressful time when I moved in, they were very responsive and quick to get everything confirmed and sorted for me within a day. My partner and I were looking for our first flat together. After our initial contact with Patrick Gardner, Jem got in touch with the first offers and viewing appointments. He was very charming, professional, but most importantly, very honest. It quickly became clear that this wasn’t about the commission, but about helping us find the right flat for us. Which is exactly what we ended up doing. My conclusion, from the initial contact right through to handing over the keys, is that the service was perfect. There were some issues, related to our buyers solicitor, not them, they went above and beyond to help and support to ensure the sale happened. Clear and regular communication throughout, which made the purchase side of things very smooth and stress free for us during a tricky and often difficult chain beneath us.
