GoogleMy wife and I moved over from Southeast Asia, specifically: Malaysia to the UK for work and relocation. Great kudos to their agent, Molly Daniel and the team for the amazing work she and the team has done in helping us to get settled in record time. It was a Godsent to have the place ready to move in on the day we landed. The virtual viewing Molly helped us to arrange, whilst we were in Malaysia - was so reassuring for us and from our past 2 months of trying, it was so hard to get through to other agents just for this alone Moving is never easy, what more to a new country, but Molly and the team have just been so amazing every step of the way, personally helping my wife and I with our queries and very professionally so, even in the midst of summer breaks. GoogleThey say that moving house is the most stressful experience you will encounter so it was v much appreciated when Julie the Sales Progressor at Patrick Gardner Leatherhead helped me through the process and made the experience so much easier. Aside from the fact that she was from the sellers Estate Agents as I had no property to sell, Julie helped me chase both sets of Solicitors who are the real problem when it comes to buying and selling properties and updated, advised and helped me through the entire process. It was great to have her support and experience throughout, which made it more bearable and I’m very appreciative of her personal and professional help from beginning to end. GoogleWe have just completed the sale of my mother's retirement flat in Leatherhead. This was very challenging, as the retirement market in Leatherhead has been difficult during and after Covid. Patrick Gardner have given amazing service throughout. The property was also advertised by 2 other local estate agents, but PG brought us far more viewings than the others, and found us our eventual buyer. They also helped out on numerous occasions over managing the empty flat, which was a boon as I live abroad; nothing was too much trouble for them, and one of the team was always available to discuss and help out on any issue. Their commission was very reasonable (both initially as sole agent and later with multiple agents) and they definitely earned it. They also recommended a good conveyancing solicitor and accompanied the conveyancing process until agreement was achieved. Many thanks to all the wonderful team!

Madeline was the estate agent who assisted with the purchase of the property and she was incredibly helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and super friendly. GoogleSwitched to PG from another local agent and they are streets ahead in the level of service provided. When our sale ran into difficulties due to issues with the property they were able to recommend a local structural engineer and drains specialist to report and sort out the problems. A particular thank you to Andrew Dronfield who not only managed the whole process but is also skilled negotiator and nice person as well.

GoogleWe recently bought a retirement flat for my father in law, and sold his house, through Patrick Gardner Leatherhead. Their personal and endlessly patient service kept us sane throughout the whole process. Being able to pick up the phone and have an immediate conversation (not a queue, message or callback) made a welcome change. Nothing seemed too much bother for them. GoogleWe used Patrick Gardner to sell our house in Leatherhead. Calm, professional and diligent they have made what is a stressful experience as easy as possible. We dealt with Andrew for the sale and Julie as a “sales progressor”. This role was vital as it managed the whole process of dealing with the lawyers and the chain. GoogleAs a new comer to the UK, finding house to settle is very difficult. With the help from Patrick Gardner Letting team's help, we can get the thing done very quickly. Ben's team is professional and respond speedy, with detail explanation in every steps we finally move in to our new home, in the UK, within 10 days. I recommend Patrick Gardner. As a newcomer to the UK, although the Home Office has stated that holders of a British National (Overseas) Permit can rent a house, not every owner is willing to rent to someone who has no proof of income and only needs cash. people. This is when having a helpful real estate agent who understands the situation becomes very important, and Ben was exactly the agent we needed. It only took us 10 days to complete the process from making an appointment to inspect the property, to conducting a thorough credit check, to pre-movement acceptance, and post-movement follow-up. The progress was indeed very efficient. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend Patrick Gardner and Ben's team.PositiveQuality

Andrew Dronfield was my main contact but everybody was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Great at finding us a place for long term tenancy only to get rid of us 18 months in. The way they handle their landlords in the letting department is pretty awful. They always back the landlords side and never try to make things easy for the tenants. It’s a shame they allowed it to get so bad, I’m sure there are great people working there.
