They deserve much credit especially as I was selling during what turned out to be a particularly difficult time for buying and selling homes. Ed McFarlane in particular was incredibly helpful, professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. I can’t recommend them highly enough if you are considering moving home. They were £25k more than the next agent but they were RIGHT and indeed we achieved in excess of their valuation. They are highly responsive, always offered sensible advice and I always felt that they supported us as the seller. GoogleMy faith has been restored in Estate Agents When I contacted Patrick Gardner I was at a low point having been badly let down and treated appallingly by another agent. Then I met the wonderful Andrew Dronfield the senior sales negotiator from Patrick Gardner, who literally took control of the situation. He listened to me, found the perfect buyer for my house and took all the stress out of the transaction. Then I was introduced to Patricia Carrol who is the sales progressor at Patrick Gardner. Again I cant compliment her enough.. She kept me up to speed every step of the way, even taking my calls on her days off. If you are looking to sell your home then please look no further than Patrick Gardner. I cant recommend them enoughPositiveProfessionalism

He provided a professional valuation based on an assessment of the market which reflected competency and integrity and helped us to put our trust into the whole process. We chose them with no prior knowledge of the firm, but were immediately drawn to his truthful and clear demonstration of the steps, and a clear local market knowledge. He followed this up with regular communication and availability on his mobile as our house sale progressed. From the marketing of our house, brochureware and online photography + descriptions, to the final sale process we felt were in safe hands with Patrick Gardner. The team were highly engaged, organised and responsive from the off and our sales coordinator Jullie Barratt, did her utmost to coordinate solicitors and communications across the board as the sale neared the exchange. GoogleSuperb estate agents. All the staff are extremely professional, friendly and sincere. Ed Macfarlane in particular went above and beyond the call of duty in dealing with the sale of my property and assisted expertly and calmly in all negotiations, phone calls, emails and viewings. He saw it through to the end and kept me reassured throughout the whole selling process. I cannot recommend the Leatherhead branch of Patrick Gardner highly enough. I am now using them for my rental too.

Ed was amazing and I know for a fact that we would not have sold our house had it not been for his determination and persistence. GoogleMy dealings with Patrick Gardner as a company but more importantly with ED MACFARLANE as an agent have been smooth, professional and complete. Ed was professional and very patient, showing me many properties that were within my guidelines - never pushy, but patient and informative, polite, always on time to meet me and never in a rush. I returned to view my favourite property several times and he was always happy to arrange this and accompany me there. Once I decided on the property he helped as a middle man between myself and the sellers and myself and the solicitors, always at the end of an email or phone to answer a query. When I collected my keys from the Leatherhead branch there was a wonderful bouquet of flowers for me from the PG team which was a lovely surprise. Even after completion Ed is still helping me with teething problems. I would definitely recommend the estate agents.
