GoogleHave been using Ben and the team as my letting agents for 2 of my properties since Feb 2022 and so far am very pleased with them. They've done walk arounds, reported back, gas safety checks with my preferred contractors and kept me in the loop. Very happy so far.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property marketed by the Patrick Gardener team in Leatherhead. They couldn't have been more helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. They were always so responsive and patient with our numerous emails, queries and questions. They were even willing to give information about specific queries regarding the area and schools which was a particular concern of ours. Overall a fabulous experience with the team at PG Leatherhead. GoogleFrom the initial valuation with Andrew, getting ready to go to market, viewings , accepting an offer and through to exchange and completion, the whole process has been very professional and positive. Ed, who brought the offer to us and looked after us through the sale was constantly keeping us up to date and made the whole process easy to deal with. We never had to chase anyone, everything was actioned straight away feedback given. Patrick Gardner have an excellent team and every member of staff we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, productive and professional. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe purchased a bungalow that was being sold by Patrick Gardner. Having completed on the sale of our own house (to enable others in the chain below to avoid the increase in stamp duty), we had to wait whilst some legal issues were resolved in relation to ownership of a private driveway. This involved four sets of solicitors and eventually took seven weeks to complete. We may still have been waiting now if it had not been for the intervention and persistence of Bruce Shaw of Patrick Gardner. Bruce became the interface between the solicitors and regularly kept us informed of developments. He volunteered to secure signatures from interested parties and personally deliver documents to solicitors. He was instrumental in facilitating our purchase and we cannot thank him enough. He is a true professional.

They made everything very easy and each and every member of staff makes you feel as if nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are very professional and caring and without doubt the best local agent. I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in using them again. GoogleWe registered with Patrick Gardner Leatherhead in June 2024 they found our family a wonderful rented property which we are over the moon with. The lettings and maintenance team have been wonderful responding to us in a timely manner and getting things sorted. Kirsty has recently helped us when our boiler broke down. The issue was resolved ever so quickly considering it is winter and they are very busy with maintenance requests. Their contractor was fantastic, excellent customer service and got the job done quickly. Thank you PG Leatherhead team!

GoogleMy son is a first time homebuyer and we are a little rusty when it comes to buying property. We found a place advertised by Patrick Gardner it wasn’t the right one but Luckily we met Ed Macfarlane the Senior Negotiator who was extremely helpful and with him onboard my son has now exchanged contacts. We were guided and advised really well and have trust in Ed and the company We also had a lot of help from Julie Barratt Sales Progressor who guided us through the last hurdle. We are very happy with the service received and would not hesitate to go back to Patrick Gardner next time.

Recently I decided to sell the property due to rising interest rates and the house was marketed and had an offer within 3 days by the sales department. The sale went very smoothly and the agents looked after the house for me very well while it was empty for a while. Top service and I will miss working with them.

GoogleI have just had the pleasure of purchasing a property from the team at PG. The people in the office have always been super communicative despite talking to lots of people, their knowledge of the chain and what was happening was great! Julie in the sales progressing team was superb! No stone left unturned! her focus on pushing the sale was unprecedented! She was happy to email/ reply to emails constantly (even on her days off)! simply put, we would not have got this house with her hard work and attention. Whilst buying a home is never pain free, Patrick Gardner did help ease this strain, yes we had bumps in the road but doesn't every process! especially ones as important as buying a home! I would have no hesitation in recommending Patrick Gardner to any purchaser or seller! Count your lucky starts if you get Julie! GooglePatrick Gardner have been great throughout the process of us purchasing our first home. In particular I would like to thank Ed for all his help and hard work in making the process as smooth as possible. We experienced nothing but professionalism from start to finish. With unbias opinion's on elements as first time buyers we may have struggled with. Unlike other estate agents you hear of, it never felt like Patrick Gardner were trying to boost commission or try and sell you anything you didn't need. We will 100% be using them when we come to sell our property in the future.
