GoogleMy experience this far has been great from initial contact, to viewing to signing the tenancy agreement. Lydia was very responsive, fast and efficient. She also addressed all my concerns with the property. I am still having some maintenance issues but from my experience so far I am confident they will be resolved properly.

Both Paul and Henry stayed over an hour after the branch was supposed to have closed to try to ensure it went through. GoogleI just wanted to share my recent experience with the sale of my property through Martin & Co. From start to finish I have been very impressed with the excellent service I’ve received. Henry along with Paul and Neve have exceeded my expectations with their helpfulness and professionalism. It is hard nowadays to differentiate between estate agents but Martin & Co have definitely gone the extra mile with the sale of my property and were particularly helpful when it came to liaising with the buyer and solicitors. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleBeen a tenant with Martin & Co Leamington Spa for 4 years, and have had a pleasant experience throughout. The stereotypical obnoxious estate agent doesn't apply here. Communication and clarity has always been excellent from the property management (Aman). The commercial manager (Henry) has also been respectful and responsive to our many requirements over the years. GoogleMartin & Co in Leamington have been managing the letting of my penthouse apartment in Leamington for more than a year. It's a premium property with Sean Driscoll and his team achieving an excellent market rent for it - and all other aspects of the letting have been handled very well indeed. GoogleI approached Martin & Co via a personal recommendation and it is safe to say I was not disappointed. I dealt with the manager Henry directly, told him exactly what I wanted, to purchase a buy to let in the Leamington area, and within days they found something perfect for me. I further enquired about property management which they offer as well and the whole process could not have ran smoother!
