GooglePaul at Martin & Co was very professional and helpful to us in buying our first home. From initial viewing to completion, he was always polite and punctual. Prior to finding our home, we had some viewings with agents from other firms who put the hard sell on us, but we never felt pressured or rushed by Paul. Where he didn’t know off hand the answer to a question we had, we could rely on him to find the answer and get back to us. He also helped us close off our enquiries. We would recommend Martin & Co to others and work with them again.

GoogleThe experience was good overall, the agency does pretty standard work and has typical processes for lettings and moving out. The moving out process was tedious and getting our deposit back took nearly 2 months. Service wise, we felt Amandeep was brilliant very clear and responsive, I would recommend her whole heartedly.

GoogleAmandeep is really great to work with when transitioning from one tenant to another which can be fraught at times. She stayed calm throughout the whole process even when I was particulalry stressed and sorted out most of the issues we had in a very short space of time.

GoogleGive 0 stars if I could. Awful service from this team a few months ago! Had a tenancy all set up for a property, paid the deposit , had the contracts signed and everything. We explained to the team that our property at the time was inhabitable and we had serious issues with our landlord and needed to get out desperately. In order to pay for the deposit we had to get our deposit on the property back early , we agreed with our landlord at the time to end our tenancy as of that day in order to get the deposit back. So the agents knew our desperate situation. A week before we were due to move in the agents emailed us , 16:30pm on a Friday afternoon telling us the landlord has changed his mind and wanted to withdraw the property from the market . I call straight away to ask what was happening to be told that it was a to- and fro situation for about a week about what the landlord wanted to do - no one from the team thought it would be a good idea to tell us this , even despite telling them about ending our tenancy early in order to secure it . We were then left with a packed house , no tenancy and had to wait over 10 days to get our money back from Martin and Co in order to try and secure an alternative property - all we got was ‘sorry we need to act on behalf of the client’ in a blunt generic email. Awful, AWFUL service and left us in a horrible situation that led us to be evicted by our landlord and now homeless . No professionalism or customer service and completely poor communication.

GoogleMartin & Co. have managed my rental property for 10 years and recently sold the house for me. I have found them to be friendly, efficient and very professional. Any issues have be dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I would not be writing a negative review unless I thought it was necessary. If you are letting a property beware. It’s a shame I have to write this review because the initial move-in went quite smoothly. So for the first 8 weeks (throughout winter) the heating didn’t work. After many weeks, approximately 8. Of back and forth emails and telephone calls and going into there office to complain it eventually got done. So since leaving the property and trying to get my deposit returned, there have been a few discrepancies. Though firstly I would like to add that I had a tv on the wall, so had filled the wall holes with filler, though I never got round to painting over the small area. Though I have been told that I have to pay £300 for this to be painted, and the bathroom ceiling because of condensation ! £50 to mow a 6x8 ft piece of lawn And £150 to have the property cleaned. All of which was done thoroughly before I left. Which I have receipts for steam cleaning the carpets and painting the white walls of the property, both by highly reputable businesses in Leamington to bring back to the exact standards what were met when I arrived. This is ongoing and I’m refusing to pay the costs I’ve been presented with. Be aware.

GoogleGood estate agents who don't charge extortionate fees and very friendly staff. From a tenants perspective they're also good property managers with good response times and sorting out issues in a suitable amount of time. Shout out to Aman who has been fantastic :).
