GoogleLucy Dipple was extremely professional and accommodating. She took us around two lovely properties in Leamington Spa which matched the specifications we had asked for beforehand. She was quick to respond to all of our communications, and was pleasant and friendly to deal with. A breath of fresh air compared to some of the estate agents I have had in the past.

GoogleHelping my daughter with her flat in Leamington we transferred to Martin and Co in Leamington last year. We moved from an indifferent and largely ineffective estate agent to one who is genuinely helpful, whose services are clear and who helped manage some difficulties with a clear plan. They engaged with us completely and maintained good communications throughout. In the ongoing situation as a letting agent they are professional and we are more than happy to recommend them. One year forward and the successful sale of her property we have had nothing but professional and responsive service from all the members of staff we came onto contact with. Thank you all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
