GoogleVery expensive, confusing setup with whether the landlord or agent manages the property. Landlord refered us to Accord after we reached an agreement over the deposit. They never sent deposit paperwork through to us initially. Deposit not returned within 10 days of us coming to an agreement on deductions. Not answering emails this week regarding our deposit.

Accord Leamington have managed my residential property for a number of years, and generally very well. Selection of tenants and preparation of necessary servicing of appliances and systems, and their certification has gone smoothly, Staff contact is friendly and motivated. Any onward dealing with contractors is normally very efficient. Annual accounting is well handled.Occasionally it has seemed that different staff are acting without knowledge of each other’s actions on a particular case. e.g. a clash of inventory, cleaning and maintenance tasks at tenant changeover. But in the event, a minor glitch. Contractors themselves are well chosen. If met on site they are always polite, skilled and efficient.Overall, I would recommend Accord to potential landlords.
