GoogleDon’t think that you rent the house after you paid holding deposit. They don’t keep their words. They can cancel your agreement without asking and leave you halfway. They don’t refund the deposit and keep the money as long as they can. Reckless and sloppy staff named Jake
Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately on this occasion I have to disagree with your comments. When applying for a property everything is subject to contract, Jake has at all times kept you informed and we would have proceeded with your application, however unfortunately the current tenants had to extend their notice by one month which meant we could not move you in on the day you requested. We offered you to move one month later to which you had confirmed this would be too late. Jake arranged for a full refund of your holding deposit which you would have received within 7-10 working days. GoogleGreat service from Accord Lettings. Within a week of taking on my flat they were able to find a professional tenant. Very impressed! I had used another agency and they had been unable to find a tenant after 3 months! I’d highly recommend Accord Lettings.

GoogleTried to charge me and my girlfriend £675 in just fees to rent a 1 bed house in Leamington! When I asked about fees, the agent muttered it under his breath and looked embarrassed to tell me. Absolutely shameful and deplorable cash grab, taking advantage of desperate renters. Avoid.
Dear Mr Baker, thank you for your review. I can see that you viewed a property with us in April and were quoted total fees of £675 at the point you wished to make an application; this was to cover administration, referencing, contract, inventory, checkout and a move-in appointment. We realise that we’re not the cheapest agent but we do think we justify our fees with the quality of service that we offer. All of our fees are fully visible online and we also charge all of our fees up-front where as other agents split the fees between the move-in and when you move-out. Unfortunately you did not give us the opportunity to see whether our service justified our fees but have written a review based on one viewing. Accord would love to assist should you need help finding a property in the area in the future.
