GoogleAvoid this agency as much as you can. Booked to viewing a property only to have it cancelled and rescheduled for three times before it went away. Everytime the cancellation came on short notice: on the morning of the viewing, and literally moments before we planned to travel for the last one. Very unprofessional and irresponsible throughout.

I am very sorry you have missed out on this property. As access to the property is gained via the tenant directly we did experience difficulties in arranging viewings due to the tenant’s work commitments and changed to their schedule at short notice which unfortunately impacted on the viewing initially arranged for you. We offered you an alternative appointment but you explained that you couldn’t view at this time and wanted to wait. During this time we had completed two viewings and from these viewings the applicants have now applied meaning we had to cancel your latest viewing. I have also tried to call you first thing today and left you a voicemail, and I would encourage you to call me back. Thank you, William Burden - Lettings Manager.
