Having carried out some research re.online estate agents i plumped for Griffin as they had a very high rating.They also sounded like a high street estate agent but not with the eye watering fees they charge.The package we chose was the gold one where you do all the photos and descriptions etc.If you are struggling just look at a few properties on right move for some ideas.The initial form was very easy to complete,you can download from photo library or by scanning documents.I completed the form late Sunday afternoon and was very surprised to receive an email saying that the property was now live on their website and was even more surprised to see it appear on rightmove on Monday afternoon.I had a couple of tweaks that required doing and was amazed at the speed of the replies i received they seem an extremely professional and efficient operation.The pack we chose was £195 this required us to do everything ie photos,general description,room description and sizes,floor plan and epc certificate.If you don’t feel confident enough to take decent photos or describe your property then griffin offer these services as an add on.Similarly if you don’t have an up to date epc certificate they can sort that for you,the same for floor plans.Make sure you take on board what you are signing up for as selling your property is extremely stressful.I know this diy approach works as five years ago I sold my last property for £89 fees.So far so good I would definitely recommend Griffin property based on their utterly efficient and professional approach.

Then they serviced my sale really professionally and with super speed and attention all the way through. I saved over a thousand pounds and had amazing service. If you can take a photo and let people in then don’t go local as these guys will sort your sale better than most . Use Griffin with confidence. This is a genuine review.

I used Griffin to sell my property because they offered a wide range of cost effective options for listing, marketing and selling our home. Similar to most online estate agents the more you do the more you save, but for me what made Griffin stand head and shoulders above the rest was the way they excelled in the “telephone test” ! I knew selling our home was going to be stressful and I knew I wanted to feel supported by an identified, knowledgeable and understanding agent who I could speak to on the phone during all reasonable office hours. Try phoning some of the big well known online agencies, and some of the less well known ones too, and you could become dizzy and annoyed with the circuitous, and even dead end, call systems in use . Not so at Griffin. From first phone call to account closure - Jacob excelled ! If he did not answer personally someone else did and he returned the call shortly thereafter. Don’t take my word for it - try for yourself.P.S. I sold my house in Scotland and it was so reassuring to find that Griffin had covered all aspects of the Scottish sales and legal systems within their easy to navigate online systems.

GooglePreviously I had tried a couple of online estate agents but found the whole experience a waste of time. I contacted Griffin as a last resort and shocked at the difference. Griffin were responsive and had m property live within a day. Shortly after i had a number of viewings and within two weeks i had two offers. I would definitely use Griffin in the future and i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time I have rented to anyone other than friends and family and it was a bit daunting, but Emoov have been extremely accommodating and helpful. I wanted an estate agent that basically just got me on the property websites and these were ideal. They didn't push me sell to anyone in particular or in a rushed timeframe which other agents in my experience have.Polite and helpful and dealt with any minor snags or questions quickly. If you do use them then make the effort to communicate and ask questions of them don't expect them to pick up on everything or the website to be totally smooth. For the price I was actually surprised how good they were. Produced the memorandum of sale otherwise I did everything which is fine with me, bought the cheapest package. So I'd fully recommend them as efficient advertiser's for sellers happy to take the DIY approach.

GoogleThe unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. GooglePerfect from A to Z. I put my property for sale on their website and two hours after it was listed on zoopla and rightmove. The support team is responsive and helpful. They replied to my questions rapidly and efficiently at anytime during the day. I got all my messages and viewings from the different online agents on their own message system which is also connected to your email address. Very efficient. I asked the viewers if they had any issue booking a viewing and all said it was simple and easy. I am very pleased with their service at such a great price.

You are totally in control of the whole process and the team are really responsive if you need to tweak anything on your listing. No need to use a conventional estate agent at all, when you can use eMoov at a fraction of the cost.

Emoov have been brilliant such an easy way to sell a house , we took the photos ourself with mobile phone, uploaded and within a few hours we’re live on rightmove. You pay for the services you want, can’t fault Emoov at all . We have no regrets with selling our property with Emoov, from marketing the property to sold, the team at Emoov have been excellent, responding out of hours , easy to contact on the phone, portal or email. Nick and Jacob have have been excellent and have advised us all the way , helped us whenever we asked. Chased people and always gave us feedback and communication with us was exceptional. We complete next week and can’t recommend them enough .
