After having spent eleven wasted months trying to sell my home through high street agents, I gave Griffin a try after a friends recommendation, who also successfully sold quickly through them.
A breath of fresh air, not having your intelligence insulted with excuses of 'the current market or interest rates'.
If you are seriously selling or buying a property, you are going to make sure you know what the markets doing, right?
My experience selling with Griffin is, you deal with proactive professionals who want to provide you with a service that delivers, and as long as you step up and also be proactive, the service will deliver.
Or you can always sit back and let the high street do its thing...I know which one I would choose.

This is such a fantastic online agent. I cannot rate them highly enough. I went with the online experience as I knew my type of property and location would not sell to a local person and using them enabled me to use the online property portals like Rightmove and OntheMarket. I hired a professional photographer with drone capability and sorted out the property particulars myself. I received notifications when someone wanted to view or make an offer through email so could immediately log on to their online system to respond. I could not see the point in paying thousands to a high street agent when I had to do the viewings myself. Was really pleased to achieve the asking price and exchange in just under eight weeks.

The web site is user friendly and you can ammend your house sale listing whenever you want.
If you write clear decriptions and take a few quality photos you are halfway there to making a positive house sale.
Although the company is closed at weekends a human being is nearly always available to answer the phone during the week.
I've dealt with numerous estate agents over the years but they have by far impressed me the most. I would certainly use their service again.
