Advertising a 3 bedroomed detached house with 2 bathrooms on Norbury grove, Solihull yet upstairs bathroom on plans and a downstairs wc. So where is the 2nd bathroom. A downstairs wc cannot be classed as a bathroom.

I'm a tenant with Griffin, over the last 24 years have rented three different properties (the first before their name change!) and they have always been supportive and caring, always ready to send Mike round with his tool kit or paint brush when needed. Since last summer Sam has been the contact - he keeps me informed of any changes and promptly answers my emails. Understandably they don't want to be spending large amounts of money on an old flat but have agreed to do some essential improvements. Would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

Regardless of the doubts of my family for using a company that didn't have a presence in my home town of Aberdeen, I was extremely satisfied with how everything went. Given the tough market at the moment, I was pleasantly surprised to have three viewings and two offers within 6 weeks of going onto the market. The agents were always easy to reach, very knowledgeable, especially Jacob, who was extremely helpful from start to finish. I would not hesitate to go with this agent again. If you are willing to put in a bit of the work yourself to make sure that the property is being marketed correctly, then I would definitely recommend Griffin Property Co. in future. Jacob was excellent throughout the entire selling process, always easy to reach at the other end of the phone, had a lot of useful knowledge in order to assist with the marketing and ultimately the sale of the property.

Sam Knowles was very helpful from the very first time I viewed the property. He was always prompt in responding to my emails and in any action that needed doing. At the end of my tenancy, Sam made the transition very easy and my funds were returned to me in an appropriate time frame. Would happily use Sam as my agent again. I also wanted to mention the handy man Mike. Mike was always very quick to attend the property when any maintenance needed doing and he was very friendly and always completed the tasks effectively.

Emoov did everything I wanted from them and nothing that I didn't want! Amazing value for money, if you want to do your own viewings and "sales progression". I sold the flat 6 days after it went on the market, for the asking price. Personally I find it a big advantage to be in direct contact with buyers throughout the process. And my buyers really appreciated it too.

If you're curious like I was, give it a go. Nothing to lose only £1000s to save. We saved £11K using emoov instead of the regular high street agency. The same buyers are looking at Rightmove etc so it really doesn't matter who is selling it. It's good to have transparency and control over the process. We accepted an offer within 3 months in a very quiet market period. Definitely give it a go!
