I was connected through Rightmove and I was directed to the companies website to book a viewing. Tried this without success. The website states 2 areas of business sale property or rent property. Neither applied. Tried the bot chat. That was negative automated response saying use the web site or call. So called a different number and was number 1 in the queue for around 5 minutes so gave up. Last chance I thought, so I emailed. No response.

Our live chat system provided the specific steps required to book your viewing in the conversation it had with you. The messages stated:
- Search for the property.
- On the listing page, scroll down and click 'Arrange Viewing'.
- Select a suitable date and time from the available slots.
On our phone lines, our automated queue messaging repeats these instructions to help callers resolve their query without needing to wait for an operator.
And my follow-up email at 14:37 contained the direct link and necessary steps in further detail.
While I understand that navigating different systems can be frustrating, and our phone lines can be busy during peak periods, we aim to provide multiple clear channels for support.
I have just sent another follow-up email with a second direct link to the property to save you the hassle of searching. As outlined in that email, we are also happy to handle this manually for you if you contact the team on 0345 561 0050 or simply reply to my previous correspondence.

Emoov are offering a fantastic alternative to the usual estate agent process. Obviously the saving on costs is a huge plus but also the instant contact with prospective buyers via the Emoov portal is much better than the time delay estate agent way. ( it was much easier for viewers to send messages out of office hours). Uploading property details and going live was very quick and easy to do. Viewers told us that they preferred owners doing their own viewings as questions could be answered directly and not relayed. It was also easy to speak to Emoov on the phone and also emails were answered out of office hours. Cannot praise highly enough.

TrustpilotIf you're curious, give it a go... Nothing to lose only £1000s to save!
I'm sure many people are apprehensive about using a non-traditional way rather than the usual high street estate agent. I was curious... I thought as I just use Rightmove myself these days to find a property, it really doesn't matter which company is selling it. The same buyers look in the same place regardless. This was proved right. In what has been a slow market anyway, we had about the right level of expected interest. Within 3 months, we accepted an offer. The process was smooth. I like that as the seller you have transparency over the process. I preferred showing people around my flat myself as, to be honest, when I view places, I find most estate agents useless. The owner knows all the answers to any queries any viewer may have. I like that you can edit your rightmove posting, including reorganizing or removing/adding pictures etc. Overall, it saved us about £11K so I really can't recommend it more!

We also liked the online booking system, as it was easier for us to manage than receiving phone calls whenever someone wanted to arrange a viewing.
Our viewers also told us it was easier to book a viewing than with other houses, where they had to call a traditional estate agency.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing. We were nervous about putting the house on the market without a local estate agent. But, given that local agents were charging us £5k, we decided to give Emoov a go. We did our own photos, on an iPhone. Did our own write up and floor plan. We signed up and it was a breeze to navigate the website and submit everything that we wanted to appear in the listing.
We paid our £295 fee to list. The listing was live on rightmove the following morning and within half an hour of it going live, we had 3 bookings. We accepted the asking price from the first people who viewed it, the day after it was listed. Then cancelled the other viewings as we were happy with the price. The ability to communicate with prospective buyers meant the whole process of organising it, was quick and simple. We then purchased a completion package for £120, and Sophie from Emoov promptly got in touch. we were kept informed at every stage of the sale and could view the progress online too. 15 weeks after listing it, we completed.
We sold or house with Emoov for less than £500, a tenth of what any local agent was going to charge us.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emoov to anyone considering selling their property, it was simple and stress free.

Their platform just doesn't work ...As a buyer you cannot get onto their platform to ask questions or access messages. I have registered as a guest and requested a number of times for a one time password for access. The system says it has sent a onetime password to my email but this was never received. I have informed Emoov via info@emoov but have never received any communications from them - After my experience with this company, they maybe cheap from a seller's point but as a perspective buyer it is useless!!! but you get what you pay for.

I initially composed an email just after putting my property up for sale,so i am now updating my original review.I had plenty of viewings,with a few time wasters thrown in for good luck and eventually found a buyer quite quickly.I decided to do all the heavy lifting ie description,photos,floor plans and EPC etc.For this basic package from Griffin i was out of pocket by the princely sum of £195.I had to pay another £50 for an extra month on Rightmove.I saved myself thousands of pounds if i had used an ordinary High St.agent.Although the price was cheap as chips you got a champagne service from Griffin.Any alterations or queries etc were dealt with at the speed of light.If there was a Guinness book of records entry for answering emails then Griffin would be a major contender.Their website was easy to navigate around giving you complete control over the viewings,and also has the facility to message potential buyers direct.I dealt with Jacob mainly and he was easily contactable,very friendly and extremely professional.Would definitely use again

We've just used Griffin to sell our house. I was surprised how accessible and personal the service was from everyone at Griffin, especially Nick and Jacob, the two people I spoke to most. Even though this is supposedly an online service, they were much more responsive than the local estate agents we have been dealing with. We've already recommended Griffin to some of our friends who had an equally positive experience. Anyone who chooses to pay huge commission rates to a high street agent is wasting money when they could get a better service from Griffin at a fraction of the cost. We loved having control over everything from the photos to the text of the particulars to handling much of the negotiation ourselves. I would recommend using the sales progression option too as a back up means of communication if you are in a sales chain. Very satisfied overall. Thanks to all at Griffin.

Griffin provide the perfect blend of service. Where the online world has taken over on marketing they enabled us to leverage all the advantages at a huge discount compared to traditional estate agents. But they also provided us with a very low cost sales progression service which I’ve realised now is non-optional, because as seller I wouldn’t have had the communications access to facilitate it myself. Again this is at a huge discount compared to traditional estate agent. I haven’t worked with any other online agent, but I was very surprised that there was no loss of personalisation to the service. I always spoke to Nick, he responded quickly, always recalled the full context and really worked hard to help us push through a complex chain.I really don’t think any other large online agent would offer the same. Having control of the pictures and viewings also suited us really well. Some of the houses we viewed would have benefited from taking control themselves IMO.
