Using Griffin Property Co., I was able to sell my property for a fraction of the cost a high street agent would charge, thanks to their innovative package system, while remaining in full control of the entire sales process. Their website was simple and easy to use. Any queries I did have were answered promptly and professionally by the friendly and experienced staff, often responding outside of working hours. I highly recommend Griffin Property Co. when looking for somewhere to sell or let your property. Thank you for the great experience, I will definitely be back.

GoogleThere is nobody to contact during the weekend incase of emergency, if you can sort yourself out you just have to bear it till they resume on monday

Hi Chris, thanks for the review. I have checked all our records and it seems you are not a client of ours so not sure why you would have an emergency that we could deal with. I would point out that our website is monitored 7 days a week so if this was sales related emergency it would have been responded to, if it was maintenance related, this is also reported through the website and again would've been picked up

I had my house on sale with them for more than 2 months and not a single viewing or message from a potential buyer. I messaged myself 2 times through their website and I didn't receive any message. They don't have an app and to be honest their website is not very good. I guess I wasted a bit of money and it is is time to look for another estate agency!

So easy and so little stress! We listed and sold the house 4 weeks later. It's a real benefit not having to Deal with multiple people but simply accept or reject requests to view or alternatively propose a different time. All done efficiently and quickly via the online portal. Pay £300 rather than £5000 with a traditional agent.

They were prompt in their actions, tailored the service to meet my need and always acted in my best interests. They stood out amongst the slow legal representatives who sadly cannot be described as proactive. I'd recommend this team.

Griffin are a great online agent. They have software that is easy to use and the pricing system is fair and flexible. They help quickly if you have questions and their photographer is very professional and produces good photos. You handle all the interaction with prospective buyers yourself so it’s easy to control in the way you want.

This is by far the worst site of any kind I’ve used - where they get the claim it’s the uk’s leading site is beyond me. I booked a viewing and the site didn’t even send me the address - try logging in to the account is even dafter - I’ve clicked on more cars, bloody staircases and assorted crap in ‘ prove you’re not a robot’ nonsense that I can handleABSOLUTE RUBBISH

So, I wanted to sell my house.I got...Excellent prompt communication Out of hours support from CalumOver 30 viewings in about a monthVery few time wastersImmediate responses to requestsExcellent photos on lineSold my house for an absolute fraction of the price other estate agents were asking with no mandatory upfront charges.I did have to do the viewings myself but to be honest that was no hardship and at the end of the day it helped me control the process more fully.I 100% recommend Griffin to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleSellers beware! The online selling portal is nowhere near as good as the website promises, and sends spammy, confusing, junk emails to potential buyers, with no follow up from griffin. No answer to emails, nobody answering the phone in the afternoon and no voicemail. You will lose potential viewings by using this amateur online estate agent - there are many out there with much better systems, so please don't risk it. After complaining about the many glitches in their system, I was pretty much told tough luck, and they even tried to sell me a useless upgrade that did not solve any of the problems. This wouldn't have happened if we didn't answer emails, phone calls and voicemails The online package you chose during lockdown was the basic DIY Gold package and as such you are entirely responsible for your own advert content and responding to enquiries received through our online portal. Your property was advertised for a month, which resulted in 2 viewings, before you decided to raise these concerns. As stated in our correspondence with you, you had 14 days from signing up to cancel and receive a refund, however you waited 6 weeks after signing up. Kind regards, Griffin Residential

GoogleHad a great experience dealing with Nick at Griffin (as a buyer). As agents they are fully remote but the process works well, they always answer the phone and were responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend using them!

GoogleA brilliant service at a fraction of the usual cost. I accepted an offer on my flat within 5 days of the property going on the market. Following the sales process on the portal has been simple and clear. Next time I want to sell a property I will use EMoov again!
