GoogleA brilliant service at a fraction of the usual cost. I accepted an offer on my flat within 5 days of the property going on the market. Following the sales process on the portal has been simple and clear. Next time I want to sell a property I will use EMoov again!

GoogleI made phone call, spoke on chat agents were not capable to send me a link with their properties on Zoopla or Rightmove so I thought is a lie.. posted a review on trustpoint where I got the reply that I have no right of saying the above. I found another agent as here was foggy

GoogleUsing Griffin was so easy and user-friendly. All staff were extremely friendly and more than happy to talk me through the process. I was also able to save myself money to put towards my next house, the whole process only cost me £300!

Easy to set up and was on the major internet sites within an hour. The messaging system was generally good, but not all alerts came through for viewings etc. Out of hours telephonist said they would call back, but this didn't happen. When I called on Monday the adviser was friendly and helpful. My buyer was initially unable to insert her offer using her phone app, but this was sorted when she used her pc. Overall very happy and would use again.

For us, being retired and both available in the day, we wanted an agent who would put our property on Right Move and Zoopla, pass on viewing requests and bids. Nothing more.We were happy to conduct viewings ourselves, write our own description and provide our own photographs (my son takes photos professionally!) I even produced my own floorplan, and we already had an EPC.Griffin's flexible charging meant a rock bottom upfront fee for us yet a very professional service. And they are always on the end of the phone without me being passed from pillar to post.All the above can be chosen as add-ons to the Gold package which starts at £225. The only add-on we chose was a sign at £50.The first viewing request came within an hour of the listing, and we have had eight in total within 10 days. No sale yet, but hopefully soon.Griffin would not suit those who want conducted viewings, which are not on offer, but for us they were ideal.Having just sold my late mother-in-law's house and paid £3900 in agent's fees, we felt sure we could do most of the work ourselves in selling our own home.We could not have done this for the mother-in-law's house, as it is 65 miles away, so a local agent was a must. But in our own case this was perfect.Thank you Griffin for providing us with just the flexible arrangement we needed.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Recently sold a house for me and it was so simple. I tried a few other on line companies before Griffin but did not get anywhere. After contacting Griffin, within one day my property was live and within two weeks i had a number of offers.

Contacted GR with specific enquiries about a new build opportunity in Cornwall. They couldn't answer my questions and suggested creating an account so I could message the developer directly. They also promised to forward my email to the developer. I set up the suggested account and messaged the developer but have had no response after several days and two attempts to follow up. Clearly neither agent nor developer are particularly keen to do business.

Hi 'Elena', We refused to advertise Sammy Daim's property as he is a serial scammer who uses online letting agents to advertise properties. He asks tenants to pay £1000's rent in advance and offers a discount. Once paid the potential tenant never hears from him again. We have reported his latest advert to the police. Online portal worked well for my needs, registration on Zoopla and RightMove was all that was needed to sell the house through Griffin and using them saved me a fortune compared to highstreet EstateAgents. Would definitely use this service again in the future.

We have been so pleased with the service we have received from Griffin. From start to finish, Jacob especially has been excellent. I can't fault him at all. So helpful whenever we have had an issue. Quick response time with emails and answering calls very quickly. We advertised one of our houses through Griffin and it sold very quickly.
