Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?

FacebookThe way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?

TrustpilotLandlords Beware
Landlords Beware! This letting agent is terrible. They will match other estate agents lettings fees at 5-7% 'let only' fee but will then add additional charges such as 'tenancy agreement fee' of £456 as well as trying to add on other fees without your permission such as £30 for registering the deposit (which I did not ask them to do). In addition, they will charge 3% renewal fee as well as a £90 'memorandum of agreement fee' if the tenant stays on. I have worked with other estate agents who charge no renewal fee as there is no further work they have done (but may charge a small fee of about £30-40 for a renewal of contract).
For a flat with a rental income of £1100, they charged me an additional £486 compared to other estate agents in the area who do not charge these additional fees. I regret my decision to give them my business and will never do so again. My advice would be to go to any other letting agent.

Just want to acknowledge a diligent lady called Vanessa. I spoke to her about viewing a property as I was in a difficult situation; I was facing homelessness and eviction with a young child. Vanessa told me that she would help me, and within minutes of our phone call she had sent me a viewing. I viewed it, loved it and Vanessa supported me each and every step of the way by keeping me updated in the morning or evenings, even working from home! Due to Vanessa's help I am in a property I love, and my son lives close to his father, his family, and his nursery. We are thrilled with this property! I think every estate agent should aim to be like Vanessa. It was important for us to stay local and she will never know to the extent, how significant she was because she didn't just find us a home, she helped us shape our future.
