As landlord and seller, I have been greatly helped by the teams at Frost in Surrey! Katie and Charlotte and their team members have been phenomenal at making the letting and sales process as smooth as possible for me. My husband and I were looking for a property for over a year and throughout this time Anthony, the agent at Frost who we dealt with, was extremely professional, reliable and gave us what felt like a personalised service. FacebookI would never use frost ever again They ignore there tenants and just want money very unprofessional and just lie and don’t care at all about anything but making money I’ve had major damp in a property of theres for over a year and is getting worse and all laura Woodward does is ignore even environmental health are being ignored by frost John frost you must be so proud of your incapable staff

Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is awful. It took me way too long and a battle to get my deposit which I paid quickly to secure. Poor service from Frost and the landlord. Had I not chased for my money I would not have got it back. Absolutely shocking!

GoogleI needed a managed letting for my property and so went first to Frost who I had used to sell my own house a year earlier and I am glad that I did. They have been very professional (specially Tina and Vanessa) throughout the process. I got multiple offers on the first day of viewing which was a pleasant surprise.

This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money is absolutely disgusting. For instance the landlords ask £1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than £1700per month
