GoogleI used Ricky from Jacobs Steel for a market appraisal for our current property and the potential increase a planned development on our land might add. His advice was to the point, honest, relevant and data backed. I was extremely pleased with how Ricky handled my enquiry and I will absolutely be choosing Jacobs Steel when I come to selling my property. Thank you Ricky.

GoogleJacobs Steel in Lancing helped me (as Purchaser) get to exchange on a property in Lancing. Beth who showed me around and property twice was first class and Mel the head of the branch has been excellent in communication to getting to exchange. Has been an easy and smooth and fast process. Possibly helped by Jacobs Steel recommending good lawyers for the Seller. Highly recommended

GoogleAs Soon as Mel came to value our house I knew she was who we wanted to sell our house. She has trained the staff so well ,and they knew all the nitty gritty of the house such as what type of boiler etc. Have already recommended JS Lancing to friends. They also helped me with paperwork , so all in all great experience. Bonnie.

Google1st Class. The Lancing Branch with Mel and Perry helped us with our sale and purchase. Do not ever think their job is easy. Mel has worked so hard and above any expectations to make this happen, juggling all aspects to the process, communications and soaking up all the pressure and still smiling. I will always remember the hard work you have done to set us up in our forever home. Thank you so very much.

GoogleVery friendly people, and generally made the process easy. We had an issue with our first buyer, and I felt that my concerns weren't taken seriously at the time. However, when it became obvious to Jacobs Steel as well that the buyer wasn't cooperating, the house was immediately put back on the market and sold. Generally I am very happy with the service.

GoogleJacobs Steel at Lancing dealt with selling my sister's bungalow to enable her to move into a retirement flat. The property was sold as soon as it was put on the market ! Chris and Jake saw the process through to a happy ending with excellent efficiency. Jacobs Steel at Worthing also played a vital part by handling the buying of the retirement flat. This was also dealt with to the same high standard.
So glad we could help you - good luck for the future

GoogleFound a property through Rightmove, Inquired and had the most delightful experience in purchasing the property. Mel the sales manager kept us updated at every step of the way. Great communication and professional throughout. A lovely present of Prosecco and glasses when we picked the keys up. A seamless purchase of a house in what was a very trying time due to coronavirus.
