GoogleJacob Steel in Lancing couldn't have been any better. We sold our property through them. We encountered difficulties (not of Jacob Steel) with the status of the property. Through the long delay Jacob Steel was patient and kept us and the buyers informed and up to date. And it was sold at the listed price! Job well done.
Agent replied · 6 July 2023
Ed, the property was amazing with great sea views - we enjoyed every single viewing we did there. The transaction was a bit more challenging than normal but we finally managed to get the solicitors whipped into shape!

Facebookjust now 1st Class. The Lancing Branch with Mel and Perry helped us with our sale and purchase. Do not ever think their job is easy. Mel has worked so hard and above any expectations to make this happen, juggling all aspects to the process, communications and soaking up all the pressure and still smiling. I will always remember the hard work you have done to set us up in our forever home. Thank you so very much.
