GoogleRichard Heasman has changed my opinion on Estate Agents. Unfortunately until now my experiences have not been particularly positive. Richard Went above and beyond what anyone should expect. We were selling two properties which were particularly difficult commercial sales. Throughout he kept me fully informed, called day, evening, weekend and when he was on holiday to ensure that the deal went through. My heart felt thanks to him.

The negotiators are very professional, very informative, but not pushy like some estate agents are. They are always willing to help speed things up and ready to go that extra mile for you. Naturally, we are sad to hear that you felt this way and we understand you instructed Jacobs Steel when the Lancing office was under different management. All of our valuations are calculated from comparable evidence; including land registry data, sold house price data and marketed property data. The price that we give is therefore based on that data but, as any estate agent will tell you, ultimately a property is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it - be that higher or lower. We received a consistent level of viewings on your property and an offer; and it is a shame that the amount offered was not what you'd hoped it to be.
