We bought our first home from this branch a few years ago and we've recently purchased again from them.
I phoned one day showing interest for a specific area and a few moths after they got in touch to let me know about a property that matched exactly what I was looking for.
We had some obstacles in the way but Mel Daddow dealt with it so professionally, as usual. Communication was always easy and organised.
Words fall short to describe her and her amazing team, we really appreciate their efforts.
We are now also selling with them, same as our neighbours from left and right. Jacob Steel have shown to be most reliable estate agent in the area, excellent reputation!

GoogleFinally completed today on what should have been a very straight forward sale which turned into a very fraught and frustrating one over 5 long months.
Mel and her colleagues Beth and Phoebe have been fabulous thoughout the whole ordeal.
Mel especially has never been phased by weekly issues with solicitors, mortgage brokers, lenders, councils, surveyors, buyers, neighbours and towards the end .... me!
Whilst we have been going round and round in circles Mel has kept in touch and always been honest and persistent.
