GoogleWhen finding an agent the branch manager was a lot more helpful and less pushy than the others who came to value! Excellent with the viewings, remembering things about our house worth mentioning to potential buyers, honest to people and always so friendly! They helped us through a very long process with multiple issues (COVID, loss of buyers) and were so reassuring when things seemed like they weren’t going to happen! GoogleWith a beach hut to sell we met Melissa, for the first time, on Tuesday - terms were agreed and photos taken. By Wednesday an attractive brochure had already appeared on line. By Friday the beach hut was sold. Over the four days the amazing speed and efficiency of Mel's team had brought about an excellent outcome. As the sale developed, Ben provided us with a minute-by-minute, unfolding picture of viewings and the bids coming in. At all stages the team managed the negotiations, leaving us nothing to do. We have no doubt that Mel’s Lancing organisation achieved the full potential of the market on our behalf and we heartily recommend them.

GoogleI originally signed up with a larger estate agency. After five months their response with viewings for my property were extremely disappointing. I decided Jacobs Steel were probably a better option and I was not disappointed. From my first , meeting with the Lancing team I knew I was in good hands. Their service was fantastic, they kept me up to date with potential buyers and gave me good notice of dates and times for viewing my property. Within a few weeks they had found a buyer. Working alongside the Lancing team the Findon office kept me fully informed of properties within my price range and that fitted my requirements. Well done Jacobs Steel. I would recommend them every time.
