Both Mel and Matt were very professional dealing with the sale of my property in very challenging times. They remained in constant contact with regards to any developments and despite other factors in the process (my solicitors) not being very helpful we got everything over the line with minimal stress. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using Jacobs Steel in future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am so glad that I chose Jacob Steel Lancing to market my property. Mel and Phoebe were so caring but professional in dealing in what became quite a complex event. Always treated me with respect and understanding even when matters seemed to be coming difficult, were able to steer things around and keep me calm. Thank you.

Right from asking Mel to sell our property, after another Agent had failed, She dealt with everything in a professional manner and her whole team at the Lancing office were always ready to help with any problems we had. Even taking more pictures to freshen up the advert when requested. The sale went through without a hitch and we are ready to move into our new property shortly. Would reccomend Jacobs Steel for being so professional

We have recently exchanged on our first property purchase sold through Jacobs Steel. Although we had a lot of delays and issues with a property at the top of the chain (not managed by Jacobs Steel), the team and especially Jake kept us informed throughout and acted really professionally. The communication from Jake was great and we got there in the end. Would recommend them to anyone!

Jacob Steel's offices on the South Coast help us to find our house. Mel Daddow and her team in Worthing were always on the phone and ready to assist and couldn't have been more supportive. They listened and were always helpful. They didn't bombard me with things, they were excellent at showing properties and I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Jacob Steel Lancing made the purchase of our first home as stress-free as possible and helped get us moved in before Christmas. We dealt with the two Jakes and Perry, who were all very professional and approachable throughout, keeping us in the loop to ensure things ran smoothly. We would definitely recommend the Lancing branch to others, thanks for your help guys!

Excellent service from a great company!! Advertised my property really well, great photos! Kept me well informed on viewings, feedback, updates. When viewing properties through them Phoebe knew her stuff, she learns everything about a property and there wasn't many questions she couldn't answer there and then!! Although a small chain had a few hiccups towards the end from the seller and their solicitor but the guys at Jacob Steel were on the case!! Would definitely recommend and use them again 😊

I can't rate the team in lancing highly enough, Ricky and the team, you are assets to your profession. As buyers they helped find us the perfect home, and were endlessly patient with my numerous calls for updates. Most importantly they were proactive when required, always returning phonecalls and liasing between everyone to get things moving. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

Had such a smooth and easy experience with Jacobs Steel. Would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in their area. As a first time buyer I thought it would be really tricky but they made life really easy and also recommended a Mortgage advisor and solicitor who were also fantastic. Thank you Jaobs Steel on our First Home. =]
