GoogleJDG were very good in helping and advising me as a buyer, especially Louise. Whilst the long tedious process of arrangements for my purchase went on JDG did all they could in chasing issues up and cajoling other parties in the deal into getting a move on. I feel JDG proved to be a very good firm to deal with.

GoogleWonderful, brilliant service. 10/10, excellent customer service and care, highly professional and efficient throughout. Michelle was brilliant, and the photographer was awesome too. Louisa, my sales progressor, was fantastic at managing the process for me and kept everyone updated with news. Couldn't do enough to help, really lovely lady and I'd have been lost without her. GoogleVery knowledgeable person aiming to get the best for every sale....I had my house on the market...sold in a week for full asking price.... On the other hand you can pay less and go elsewhere...you pay for what you get. GoogleVery very bad experience with this estate agency. Try and avoid this agency as much as you can. They tell lies from the day one of viewing to the day of completion which it was 10 month later. 10 month to complete a sale?! And they pretend to be the best agency in lancaster and morcambe but they are the WORST ones. Start from john and finish to Louisa very unprofessional... very disappointing and cost me so much money waiting 10 month for somthing which it was not my fault but agency...
Mr Kadiu, Thank you for your review, but I would have appreciated you putting the real reasons for the delays which were not the agent's fault but that of the Co-op probate department. Agents have no control over how long a grant of probate takes and you were informed when you made your offer that the property was subject to a application for probate. You chose to carry on with your purchase and throughout the process Louisa kept you informed at all times and in fact it was Louisa who in the end went above your solicitors and managed to speak to the head of the Co-op probate department and got the matter expedited and through to completion. She also remained calm and professional at all times, even during the telephone conversations (recorded) with you when you were shouting and swearing at her and I only wish you had been the same instead of constantly demanding a £10,000 price reduction. From my side, I only spoke with you when I was negotiating the original sale price, and you must remember I am working to get my vendor the best price which I believe I did even when you offered me a tyres for my car if I got you a better deal, which I refused. I know your purchase was protracted and that was out of our control but that is no reason to behave in the manner you did towards Louisa whilst always being polite with me and I can only hope this isn't how to treat other people. GoogleI cannot fault JDG they were amazing we were buying & selling from the first encounter with Michelle to Fiona showing us the house we loved. Louisa is a legend she got us through our journey nothing was ever too much trouble. JDG's staff are a credit to them i would never go with anyone else they even sold me my first home quite a few years ago.

GoogleI used JDG when selling my house. They were very efficient at arranging viewings and keeping me updated after each one. They were also very helpful with advice when offers were being considered. When the final offer was accepted, they regularly chased progress with the buyer's solicitor and their estate agent until completion. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleJDG helped us sell our home and we were very happy with the service we received from start to finish. The pictures and 360 tour looked great, we had 10 viewings booked within 4 days of going on the market and 2 offers within a week. Once the sale had been agreed we were very well looked after by the sales progression agent (thanks Louisa!). I would definitely use JDG again and would highly recommend them to anyone else in the Lancaster area.
