I'm sorry to hear you were somewhat disappointed in the experience however I do feel you have rather unfair in suggesting that we have discriminated against you in any way. I have taken the time to discuss this matter with Michael and Rebecca, our understanding is that you applied to rent 2 properties marketed by ourselves for which there were a number of applicants. On each occasion the landlord chose a different applicant to let the property. We understand that this can be frustrating but I would stress that this decision is made by the landlord, not Farrell Heyworth, and the disability of any applicant or the fact that they receive a carers allowance is not a factor. We currently have a number of properties which may be suitable for your needs and the team are still hopeful that they can assist you in finding a home.
