We have finally moved and are starting to settle in to our new home! Packed up ready to go by late October 2021, due to move late November, everything went pear shaped with the solicitor company, then with Christmas and the solicitors shutting up shop for an eternity. We were actually able to move at the end of January. The saving grace through it all was Debbie Woodhouse at FH who kept us sane through all the hassle, chasing every body she could who might have been able to get things moving, probably spending hours on the phone on our behalf. She did a brilliant job for us, calm in every situation when we were at our wit’s end, kept in contact to encourage us and after we’d moved gave us a call to make sure we were starting to simmer down. Our only mistake, in hindsight, was agreeing with FH’s suggestion, not Debbie’s, to use Premier Property Lawyers - a catastrophe. Otherwise, thank you Debbie for all your help and the strong shoulder you gave us to lean on through what, for us, was a truly traumatic experience. It was an absolute delight and joy to have you on our side as we tried to move home. A real pleasure to hear your voice on the phone or receive an e-mail from you as we knew it would lead to a positive action. Thank you.

Scarlet and Damien were very helpful in answering any questions I had around the property we were looking at renting, keeping us updated on the application process and was able to arrange a second viewing when asked fitting us in a time to suit us. I dealt with Farrell and and Heyworth at the beginning of January 2021 when I was looking to move into Lancaster. Luke Squirrel who is a Absolutely amazing representative for this company, he has a wonderful aura and nothing is to much trouble for this well mannered young man. I had some issues regarding my tenancy this week of September 2021, and I respect that all the agents are busy, However Luke made time to deal with my query and his communication skills I have to say are outstanding and I just feel that I needed to write a review about Luke as it’s quite rare to meet someone with his Welcoming Energy and efficiency. I arranged viewings over the phone and have never been in to the office, but found communications always very easy and efficient. I write many reviews and articles and very rarely do i get to positively review an establishment that's line of business is nearly always under fire for one reason or another. I am especially happy to give farrell Heyworth ( Lancaster) and more specifically Rebecca and Michael from the lettings branch a good 5 star shout out. I should have written this month's ago but circumstances beyond my ( scrub that) i was just being lazy. 🙃 My situation was far from straight forward and presented a real challenge for the agents. There was a massive amount of juggling to be done between all concerned parties and one of those situations where one thing couldn't happen without the other. Due to Michael and Rebecca's diligence, drive and perceiverenc. I got exactly the apartment i wanted in the area I wanted with the right facility's and even cheaper than advertised. Apart from the near disaster with the people used to check if we would be acceptable tenants....nearly losing the deal... The Staff at Farrell Heyworth throughout the whole company have been extremely genuine and kind in an unexpected developed situation and very helpful in trying to help us come to terms with the horrendously distressing situation we have had to face having been assured from first viewing that this would be a a permanent (as possible) retirement home for us, to "TREAT IT AS OUR OWN" ... We have, but sadly in one way we are unable to see the fruits of our labours and expenses particularly in the garden and all the renewals inside the home now, On the other hand because of the distress and upset caused to us... we honestly can't wait to get out, we are doing all we can to make everything straightforward and as easy as possible for the home to be placed On Sale by the owners.
