GoogleFrom the start, the team were very active in getting people round to view our house. Photos taken were the professional ones and they were very good. Gave us hints and tips on how to improve the experience for viewers and even let our dog in and out the house when viewings were taking place. Thanks very much

GoogleI never managed to rent a property through this company because they make it impossible to even look at a house. They're only interested in getting you to agree to an early agreement or they tell you not to bother. Landlords beware - they turn down decent tenants just to get someone through the door quickly.

GoogleWould give zero stars if I could. Would never ever deal with these lot again. No professionalism, the way we were treated was embarrassing. Not a single person cares or bothers to sort anything out. All they care about is getting money. It's a joke!

GoogleNever deal with these scumbags and joke of a lettings company, avoid at all costs! The fees to rent a flat are sky high, the highest of any other agency, and once you've paid if you have any issues with your property they will never help. You will find yourself ringing them everyday, they will tell you that it's been taken note of and someone will be over to look at the issue but no one ever shows up. Take this scenario and repeat 5 times, and still - no one will ever come. I'm seriously considering calling an ombudsman on this branch, because this feels like a scam, they rip you off and don't do any work at all. I don't know what they are doing at their office, but all I can say is they are first class liars and the rudest and arrogant bunch you will ever come across.
