So refreshing to deal with enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Rachael was fantastic on the phone and left a great first impression. Poppy came to do the valuation and was really took time to discuss everything and again had the knowledge and was prepared fully. They put themselves out for viewings etc where others estate agents make little effort to accommodate a date a time you need. I will 100% be using these girls. Brilliant 👏

GoogleI approached the Lancaster branch to sell my mother's house and within minutes of it going online we had 3 requests for views, one of which has resulted in a sale. I was so impressed by the approachability and friendliness shown by all the staff but in particular Kim Howarth.She has kept me up to speed on everything as soon as it happened and her professionalism is to be commended. I would definately use Entwistle Green again in the future.

GoogleWe needed to move into the area and had been looking at houses for months until we came across one from Entwistle Green. From the start of making the initial enquiry, to viewing to applying to moving in was so simple and quick. They were amazing even when we had to delay the move by a week they accommodated everything. I have been renting for 20 years and this was the easiest and painless move that we have done with an estate agent. GoogleWe met Kristina over a year ago ... we messed her around, we were messed around (by potential sellers) ... she stayed calm and professional throughout the process. Kristina is a rarity in her profession - she LISTENS!! When the appropriate property came on the market, she contacted us immediately, and arranged the perfect viewing. Due to her fastidious preparation and excellent presentation skills, we had bought the property before we walked though the front door! Helping throughout the legal processes, with moving companies, delivery times ... you name it, Kristina was always there to provide help and advice. GoogleWe sold our flat through Entwistle Green Lancaster office. Roger got us a sale even before we had fully completed the paperwork to sign up. Our sale was far from straight forwards with our solicitor and the buyers solicitor falling out with each other and refusing to talk. If it hadn’t been for Kimberley I don’t think we could have completed the transaction. She was proactive, acted as a liaison between us and the legal people and drove the sale through, I can’t recommend Kim, Christina and Roger highly enough. They deserve a medal for the way they have handled our sale. Thank you

GoogleThere is no doubt that buying and selling houses is an exceptionally stressful experience! And our recent purchase was a nightmare; it was complicated and it was protracted. Any company can do well when dealing with simple transactions. The measure of a good company is the way in which they manage difficult situations. Kristina Wenlock surpassed all expectations in her management of our recent purchase. She kept us informed at all times and made the process possible; her enthusiasm for the sale was the same at the end as it was at the beginning. There was never a time when we felt uninformed and throughout the process, Kristina behaved with absolute professionalism. Thank you! We are in our new home thanks to you Kristina.
