I would like to say how amazing Entwistle Green estate agents have been with helping us find our new home, especially Erin, she has made this whole process so easy and straight forward for us I cannot thank her enough! I never knew finding a new home could be so stress free, we are a young family who was nervous applying for places and Erin has done nothing but be reassuring and helpful and has been keen to answer any questions we’ve had. She has been lovely to speak with and her communication is amazing, I would definitely recommend this estate agents to everyone and I would like to thank Erin again for everything, you are amazing at what you do and I couldn’t recommend you enough.

We recently purchased a house through Entwistle Green in Lancaster and I can honestly say that their service, professionalism, and support was phenominal. Our main contacts we Felicity and Kimberley who went well above and beyond what I would expect a selling estate agaent to do! They liaised closely with the seller for us over a number of issues, helped organise repairs when an issue occured before the purchase was finalised, liaised with solicitors on our behalf, and even made themselves available outside of their working hours. I can honestly say I don't think our purchase would have completed without their help! I know I will have missed things off this review but all I can offer you both is our eternal gratitude for everything you did for us! As a company I hope you review things like this as it is important you know the fantastic work that your staff are doing. The staff at the Lancaster branch, particularly Fliss and Kim in our case, have been outstanding and I hope you can recognise them for this in some way.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We arranged a rental property through this estate agent and were due to move, then just two days before moving day we were told the landlord had sold the house and the rental would not proceed. By that point we had already invested enormous emotional, physical, and financial effort into the move. We had applied for schools for our children, packed all our belongings, arranged and committed to a shipping company, and ended our current voluntary jobs, courses, and clubs in preparation for relocating to Lancaster. This last-minute cancellation left our family in a very difficult and stressful position. There was clearly a lack of proper verification and security around the agreement before allowing tenants to proceed with such major life arrangements. Communication and responsibility handling were extremely poor. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before relying on this agency for a rental move.

They both worked very hard to accommodate us and gave us multiple lifts from and to the place we rented since we were from outside Lancaster and didn't have a car. Absolutely amazing from the start. Went to view a property last week late afternoon, once viewing the property i put in an application to rent the property and was told it could take up to a week for the referencing to come back, the following morning I received a phone called to confirm all my referencing has passed and to arrange a move in date. In all my time renting this has been the most fastest and less stressful experience I have ever experienced while renting a property! They have been so supportive and very helpful from the get go and have also sent me emails to help set up new bills at the new property which has helped alot and really has just took so much stress away. When receiving the keys yesterday the checks done on the property was so professional and every smoke alarm was checked and any not working was replaced immediately with brand new replacements in their cars. Could not be more thankful for how smooth the whole process has gone and how helpful and professional Tracy and the team has been. Absolutely amazing experience and a massive thanks to Tracy and the team at the Blackburn branch! Stephanie Hardie❤️ I can't express in words how grateful we are to this young woman. At the end of last month, after a long wait and many difficulties, we finally managed to buy our first house. Stephanie was with us from the very beginning. I haven't met such a warm and incredibly patient person in a long time. Entwistle have been by far the best letting agents I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Other local agents have been questionable to say the least, poor customer service, poor communication(if any). Long drawn out applications & financial checks. I had been looking for a flat for my 20 year old daughter in Lancaster, and we saw several estate agents, all of whom pleasant and helpful, but they were all very discouraging, and stressed how difficult it was to find a flat in the current climate. However, our experience in Entwistle Green was very different. We were met by Michael Heyworth, who was immediately positive and encouraging, and said that he was sure he would be able to find something - and within 2 days he did! Shannon King showed my daughter around the flat Michael had found and was kind and patient with us both. It was a stressful time for my daughter and myself, and it was knowing that Michael and Shannon were actively working on our behalf that kept us going. Michael and Shannon both did an exceptional job, and are stand out role models for their profession, and I can't recommend them highly enough - thank you both so much.

We rented out our property

We rented out our property, signed for a full management. Was is a THEFT, unlawfull enriechment into their pocket? Entwistle Green/Countrywide made two incorrect HMRC annual reports that hid their real income and incorrectly made our higher income, ignored our complaints; they also deducted our income rental money by £710 per repairs without a quote, photos, documentation provided to us, and totally ignored our complaints. They done it again. Nobody cared. Another time, they deducted our rental income for repairs that has not been done. Their negligence, ignorance, careless, and damages to our house showed after one rental year, after second year, the market value of our property dropped down by £30000 from year 2023 when cash offer was offerred as high as £139000 by a fast buyer when we maintained our house by ourselves and kept it in tip top condition, inside and outside, before Entwistle Green took over the management. Entwistle Green left the tenants in unrepaired house over Christmas with leaking water on tenants' heads. We terminated the contract, no full check-out report, no inspection report to changes they made to our house with water, electricity or gas, installed a new kitchen without any permission, the house was left after tenants moved out leaving damages, a dirt, a mess. In addition, unclaimed insurance, unpaid rent, the repairs in 2025 and 2026 paid from our rental income deducted without our consent or permission, the value of our property dropped down by £30000 as Entwistle Green left it, ignored our complaints, Entwitle Green is a part of Countrywide Group and Connells Group. Nobody cared. Is it way do deal with clients? Is this way of their wellfare? Their ignorance, putting phone down, refusing to say their name, no replies, missing rental invome, chaos-mess in their money reserve that did not match the figures, negligence, nonody knew what the other person was doing, several people answered differently or the opposite facts,...
