We rented a property with help from Cody and Rosie. Everything was undertaken quickly but with care and with a friendly touch. We didn't have to do much at all! A small issue after moving in was dealt with similarly effectively by Cody. We haven't rented much in recent years so we needed guiding through the process which, I can't imagine, could have been made any easier.

Be aware of Entwistle Green, Countrywide Group, under Connells Group in the UK

We signed a contract for full management with Entwistle Green in Widnes (co-firm of Countrywide and Connells Group) to rent out our property. They caused us damage on a value of our property by about £30000. They concealed their income in Annual tax report to HMRC repeatedly, ignored our complaints, refused to do check up, charged us money for work which has not been supported by any evidence, they charged us for uncomplete services, they have not cared about the law and the rights, they puy phone down or did not pick up their phone, the have not replied, ignored us to provide the documentation, they told answers differently from thr facts, and also the opposite between their workers, they caused irretrievable damages to us-landlord. Entwistle Green and Countrywide team went on Christmas holiday and knowingly left a leaking water on the tenants' heads. They were irresponsible ignorants, uselest unprofessionals, told us the lies, has not provided documentation and services ordered by the law, uncomplete documentatipn, reports, in entory, and check-out report for which they charged us they deducted our rental income without any documentation, quotes, photos for and after repairs, they allowed tenants to change a whole kitchen without our consent, if they changed gas, electricity, or water they had not made the revision reports, they caused us-the landlord many problems, they have not cared about 6x unpaid rent in two months arrears but told us that everything was fine, that the tenants were happy. They made us to feel that we were robbed and the law was ineffective to protect us-the landlord.

We approached Entwistle Green for the sale of our Grade II listed property, as we were also looking to buy from them and felt this may streamline the process. We instantly felt confident in their abilities and the personal and sensitive approach towards our property was exactly what we were looking for. Emma and her team were extremely professional and, despite the chaotic nature of the housing market at this time, provided a very personal service that kept us involved. Our personal purchase process was lengthy and complex. Emma and her team had a lot of stakeholders to carry through this process, but we felt that EG endeavoured to meet our needs throughout, and were able to push things along when necessary to maintain progress. I've had such a hard time finding a flat in Lancaster due to the housing crisis, and my personal circumstances (disabled, with a service dog). Entwistle has really been the only agents that have been kind to me, and treat me like a person. I've been really pleased with them. Everyone has been kind, but I'd like to credit two people in particular: Luke Squirrell, I've spoken to him several times and when we met face to face he remembered my name and was very sympathetic and understanding about my situation, promising to help. He gave me good advice on how to write my application and I was luckily finally successful in finding a place (contract still pending). Also Louise Sadoune has been really fabulous, I've mostly spoken to her via email, and been really appreciative of her time and kindness. All in all, I've been so happy with this estate agent, they've been so kind and understanding with my circumstances, and really supportive. Very grateful for their time and help!
