GoogleI called to enquire about a property and the agent was in a hurry to end the call. I barely answered one question about my budget, and they cut the call, without even bothering to ask anything else or see if they could direct me elsewhere. Very rude - treating you as though you don't matter, even though they are not doing their job properly by failing to help you find a property to rent.

GoogleBe cautious when looking at all the good reviews. The estate agents will charm you when trying to look for a property, then they will just stop caring after you move in. We knew we were in for a difficult rental as soon as we moved in, and found a shoddy paint job done, with specks of paint splattered all across the floor. The showers never drained properly since we moved in (likely due to being clogged with dog hair from the previous tenant), and this was never resolved. Getting any maintenance done was like pulling teeth.
