Had a very positive experience working with Frank Harris &Co., probably the best one I've had during my search. Charlotte Rule not only facilitated the viewing, she was very helpful post-viewing, sending pertinent information such as the calculation of council tax and expected bills. She also guided me toward coming up with an offer that could potentially be of interest to the Landlord. She also facilitated the negotiation with the Landlord. Other agents I've worked with do not proactively provide valuable guidance. Although the offer wasn't accepted ultimately due to non-negotiables on both sides, the process was handled very well. Overall great experience.

Unprofessional. I would recommend an agency that actually filters through landlords as we had a horrendous one for 2 years. At the end of it when we moved out, they told us they had to take out £300 for professional cleaning, when in the contract we signed, never stated that. They said that the flat was "professionally cleaned" before we moved in, but the door was broken, the floors were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom.. It was never even communicated from both parties (the agency and the landlord) to us at any point. I feel so bad for the new tenants who are moving in to that flat now, and I'll avoid Frank Harris from now on.

Moths and Black Mould: A Move In Nightmare

Absolute nightmare.We moved in last week to a flat rented through Adeel, Nicole and Mark in the Waterloo branch. We found the flat infested with moths, not cleaned properly (the cleaners came in a second time upom request, but they still left the flat in an average state at best). If that was not enough, the flat was filled with the previous tenant's belongings, including but not limited to laundry, bedding and towels as well as greasy pots and pans.Finally, we requested in our offer the bathroom to be treated of all mould, only to discover the back of the toilet caked with black mould. And here we are stuck for three years. Don't repeat our mistakes: avoid them at all costs. A week in, we are still waiting for pest control.(The one star is only because they have a maintenance team that picks up the phone - but isn't that the bare minimum?)

Great level of service and communication from Senior Property Manager Rebekah Hunter. Rebekah has been absolutely lovely and helpful since my very first call to her a few weeks ago. Although the issue we're experiencing isn't yet resolved, Rebekah has gone the extra mile trying to help us, keeping us informed and trying her best to reach out to any stakeholder that could solve our problem. The whole Frank Harris Team were wonderful. It was a big move for me and my family. Tina, Lorenzo and Jamie did a great job guiding me through the process, offering both sensible and sensitive advice and getting me to the finishing line. There were several hurdles along the way and few false starts. Nevertheless, both sale and purchase of one Barbican property to another were handled with consistent and unfailing professionalism and expertise.
